Body mist / Lip gloss experience was really good, my daughter really enjoyed it, food was lovely, we came later on and had no issue getting a table

Great experience loved it.Would definitely go again.

We visited the P.Louise empire today for my niece’s 7th birthday, and honestly the experience was unbelievable from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The lady who scanned our tickets at the entrance was absolutely lovely and set the tone for the whole day straight away. Every single member of staff went out of their way to be friendly, attentive, and kind — they genuinely made us feel like we were the only people there.

What really stood out was how honest and helpful everyone was. There was absolutely no gatekeeping when it came to the best deals or how to get the most for your money; the staff were so open and genuine, which made the whole experience feel really special and relaxed.

They spoke to both us and the girls with so much warmth and enthusiasm and made the birthday girl feel incredibly special all day.

A special mention to Maddie on the body mist experience — she was just so, so lovely and made such an impact on our visit.

Even when we were leaving, a security guard kindly walked our daughters to the car in the rain, which completely summed up the care and kindness we experienced all day long.

It truly was a day we’ll never forget. Thank you to everyone involved for making such amazing memories for us all.

They are both so energetic, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you meet them. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having fun, joining in, and feeling included — whether it’s games, activities, or evening shows, they bring so much joy and energy to everything they do. They have such a great sense of humour, are always smiling, and make you feel like part of the family straight away. 💛

You can tell they absolutely love their jobs, and their passion shines through in every single thing they organise. If you’re coming here, you’re in such safe hands with these two — they are the absolute heart and soul of the entertainment team! Maddy was fabulous at the body mist experience

Made a £90 order and the gift pass the plump which came with the order doesn't even have any product inside. What a joke.

Had the best day at the P.Louise experience! Made a body spray and the staff were excellent and very helpful!

I do not recormend a body scrub me and my faimly have all used it and we had ichy rashy skin burthday cake 1 do not recormend .!

It was absolutely amazing - my daughter absolutely loved it and Kizzi was very helpful - all the staff were ace and made the day really fun
