From the outset P4 Solar made the whole experience outstanding. Clear, precise explanations of all works and requirements resulted in a pleasant, hassle free installation. The team on site were quick to offer any explanations requested regarding the installation and went out of their way to ensure a smooth, clean efficient installation on the day. Follow up by the office after the installation exceptional. Could not recommend P4Solar any higher.

I contacted P4 Solar over a year after an excellent experience of them putting up the solar panels and putting in a battery. I needed some paperwork and they were amazing - what an aftercare/ service - so long afterwards and they could reach what they needed and send me the information - I emailed more than once about things I could not find. Wonderful - I cannot tell you how this has made things so much better. Also the solar panels are brilliant too!

An excellent choice for solar panels and service provided. The company is highly punctual, responsive, effective and tidy. The 14-panel system works well even on a cloudy day keeping the house effectively off grid.

Had some prior knowledge of P4 Solar and their quality of work, so I came with reasonably strong expectations and they certainly lived up to them.

The chap who came to install our 2x Manchu 9.4kWh batteries was friendly, happy answering quite a lot of questions (I work in the sector so, somewhat nerdy but also keen to understand lots for my own professional benefit).

Unfortunately one of the batteries installed was faulty - a factory fault, so not caused by the install or team/handling/transport etc. and Hanchu themselves sent out an engineer to investigate and replace so, even they were curious what the problem was and the problems seem to be very few and far between.

WE had prompt info on when engineers would arrive on the days of install, quick responses to some queries on scheduling and optimising our use of the system and documentation came through (MCS certification, warranties etc) in good-time post-install. And all for what I feel to be a reasonable price.

Would not hesitate to recommend the team and love that it's a good ole' family run business. They genuinely care, and it shows.

This was a great customer experience end to end. Oli initially visited our property to undertake a survey to understand our requirements as we wanted to maximise our solar electric generation. He then sent a very detailed quote with a cost breakdown and calculations on the payback time. The quote was accepted, the install was planned for a few weeks time and was completed in 1 day. We now spend our time looking at the App and marvelling at the daily generation even in cloudy weather. Oli managed the project throughout and was great. We are so impressed with P4 Solar we are having an EV charger fitted by Harry the electrician tomorrow.

Based on our experience purchasing a solar/battery system for our home I would highly recommend P4 Solar. Some of the things we particularly liked were how they took our ideas into consideration when designing the system, provided a detailed quote with all the background calculations, had a no pressure approach and gave fair pricing. They also sent one of their team round to measure the roof to verify how many panels would fit. The installation team were also great, so efficient and tidy. Within 6hrs of the team arriving on installation day we were running off solar. Everything went smoothly and follow up paperwork and registrations were sent through promptly, all managed by the P4 team. Overall a very positive, hassle free experience and after running off solar for 3 weeks now we are very happy with the system provided.

I recently had a full solar and Tesla Powerwall 3 system installed by P4 Solar, and the entire experience from start to finish has been fantastic.

Dylan & Jackson (the solar team) did an brill job up on the roof—efficient, tidy, respectful of the property, and clearly experts at what they do.

Harry (the electrician) and his colleague carried out a neat electrical install, making sure the Powerwall setup was clean and fully connected without fuss.

The system is now up and running seamlessly, producing good numbers and keeping our home completely self-powered.

The process from initial contact to completion and handover was clear, professional and delivered inline to plan. All of the team were nice to work with and clearly have pride in their work and the business resulting in an expandable systems which looks great and is already delivering on the projected benefit.

Amazing company. Really friendly and honest. Unfortunately their system wasn't suitable for my house. They were upfront and honest about everything from the start.

I highly recommend P4 Solar, their customer service has been excellent at every stage. There was no sales pressure, the quotation was very detailed and all my questions were fully answered by Fred. The installation team were very friendly, polite and efficient, and they even cleared my gutters while they were on the roof! The electrician gave me a full tour of the app and the equipment. Communication has been fantastic throughout and I am extremely pleased with the system.

P4 Solar get 5 Stars with no hesitation. After chats with other companies who only did online surveys and tried to measure my roof using Google Maps(!) it was a refreshing change to speak to someone face to face. From the initial meeting with Fred, the survey, documentation, recommended system, everything was spot on. Even when Northern Powergrid tried to throw a spanner in the works, the team at P4 sorted all the paperwork and kept me informed every step of the way. The install of the Sigenergy solar panels, EV charger and battery all went smoothly. Only one slight hiccup was with the planned cable routing into the garage where the battery is, but that was quickly resolved. The system has been working brilliantly and I am very pleased. Happy to recommend P4 Solar.

From start to finish the service was excellent. They travelled over 2 hours to do a survey and quote, discussed options and gave clear explanations. On the day of the fitting workmen were professional and polite and the electrician explained how to use the app and make the solar system work effectively. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this company for value, communication and service.
