The three installation guys (Lewis, Charlie, Harvey) were outstanding in terms of knowledge of the product, politeness and willing to help. They took us through each part of the installation which was most helpful. The pergola is really well constructed and we are really pleased we chose Suns.

We purchased a purchased a pergola in Dec 2020 and have been delighted from our first contact. The order process was very personal and helpful. The installation team could not be faulted. We subsequently added an additional side wall and again the service and installation were excellent. Post installation we accidently damaged a plastic joint on a side wall. Customer services were brilliant and sent out replacements very quickly. And 5.5 years after our original purchase we contacted customer services to ask if we could purchase a replacement part as it was a little weather damaged. The team have sent out the part without question. Suns Lifestyle are such a customer focused professional team we would highly recommend them.

SUNS Lifestyle were totally professional from help in the showroom to the final installation of our Pergola today . Stand out names are Nadine in sales and the installation team of Steve and Adam who built it perfectly with care , safety and precision and leaving the place immaculate. Looking forward to many hours relaxing in our new pergola .

I spoke to Rian via WhatsApp told him my budget and what I was ideally looking for it might be an old model and ex showroom but it for are budget and requirements
plus you would never know and we are over the sun with it

The installation of the pergola measured to precision by Steve and Adam to ensure a sleek fit to our patio. Ensuring the uniformity of the legs were equal distance on the wall. Tidiness, professionalism, accuracy, having Steve and Adam as the install team was so pleasing. Both went the extra mile to ensure the fit of the pergola was perfect. We were given a super overview of the do’s and dont’s on how we should look after the pergola. Something that I have to say is not a given during installs. We are so pleased we went with Sun Lifestyles. A great choice. Thank you Steve and Adam - it was a pleasure having you here. Best.

We’ve recently had a pergola delivered and fitted by Suns Lifestyle and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The three installers were incredibly professional and polite, worked very efficiently, and completed everything with minimal disruption.

We visited the showroom twice before going ahead, and every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable. The showroom itself is beautiful and made it so much easier to visualise what we wanted.

Our space was quite bespoke and already built, so the pergola had to fit into a very specific area. We had quite a few technical questions along the way, and both the showroom team and the fitters were excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and happy to talk everything through.

Overall, a very smooth process from start to finish and a fantastic end result. We would highly recommend Suns Lifestyle.

Ik kocht mijn tuinset in het najaar bij Suns. enkele dagen geleden ook geïnstalleerd op mijn nieuwe terras.
Een paar kleine onderdelen waren door transport verdwenen en bij navraag of dit nog te leveren was kreeg ik een razendsnelle reactie en een zeer nette (kosteloze) service.

Very pleased with our Luxe Pergola. Right through the first enquiry and then visit to the store Mark and Ryan were very responsive with all the questions we had from chosing the model all the way through until we finally placed the order.
They were always quick to respond even late in the evening and weekend.
Post sale, Nadine managed the process until delivery and installation. All our questions with the ground prep were answered with great detail.

If only they offered home survey that would elevate the complete service for those who need to do considerable prep and ground work to make sure they get the most value.

On the whole still a great buy and a good company to work with.

From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. The team in Brentwood were fantastic throughout the whole process — always helpful, professional, and responsive to any questions we had.

The installation team were absolutely amazing. They were punctual, friendly, efficient, and their workmanship was outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the finished product — the pergola looks fantastic and has exceeded our expectations.

from start to finish a good easy smooth process , the salesman allowed me to walk in and walk around without hassle , he was informatative and heklpful when we approached , purchase was smooth and quick , i made changes after they sent me a gret layout of the design and they quickly made the changes and sent back to me for sign off. Install date and time all went to plan and was friendly and quick considering the weather wasnt great. good communication throughout - so thank you

The installers, Dan and Adam, arrived on-time and were friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. They carefully moved my garden furniture, cleaned everything up and thoroughly checked that the blinds and louvres worked correctly. An enjoyable experience, from my initial sales contact to installation. I recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the product which is a very good addition.The install team if Keiran & Adam were excellent in a number of ways: very tidy, very polite and completed the install in a very professional way, when installed the explained what to do and what not to do for maintenance.

Dan and Adam the Fitters were very polite and helpful. Gave me good advise on positioning the product and were extremely patient with me being indecisive where to put the pergola. The whole experience dealing with Suns was a pleasure and showroom staff made it a relaxing environment to look at all the product on offer.
Communication was great from the office once I placed the order.
