Good Italian products, some of them at prices very close to those in Italy. I particularly recommend the Kimbo cofffee, which is good in a Bialetti-type machine. Fast delivery too.

Great first experience!
My first experience ordering from this company and it didn’t disappoint. The produce is very reasonably priced and the shipping fast and reliable. Everything I received was just as expected and very well packaged. (I ordered delicate pastries and cannoli which arrived perfectly intact.). Customer service is excellent and they’re very responsive. I would definitely recommend Paccoitaliano and shall be a returning customer.

Order was perfect only thing was I ordered pasta al forno which came with no instructions. Apart from that everything was neatly packed even though my box was damaged everything inside was perfect. So glad I ordered

On your site it offered a 10% for 1st…
On your site it offered a 10% for 1st order for a minimum of £50 order. I placed order of over £50 and when I checked out there was no discount and I didn't complete order and send e mail quering it and I received a reply from Marco that 2 items
on oder were Subject to VAT and taking the vat from the 2 items the order was less than £50.
I told him that when I placed order there was nothing on the screen only that on orders of £50 would get 10% and I was told that is on terms and conditions. I don't believe that everyone placing orders reads it. I actually then open the terms and conditions and was shocked as I have never seen any other with do many pages as it would take more than 30 minutes to read it properly.
Then I just placed a smaller order than I intended to.
