Missing screws …
I ordered a storage unit for the garden. It turned up missing a lit of the screws. Unfortunately, we had started to put it together, so our living room was taken over by it.
There was no way of calling them, so we had to communicate online, this took extra time. They promised to send the screws, 3 days later, we received one of each of the types, not the 29 that were missing. So after 1 week, we received the correct amount.

All Great.
From ordering to delivery, was very quick, ordered Saturday, delivered Tuesday to the address of my choice. I ordered a gaming chair for my grandson for Christmas. Ordered early as wanted to make sure we had it, Can’t comment on chair yet as his Mum still has hidden away in the box but I am sure it will be perfect. Can’t fault the service, great communication with emails and the delivery. This Company doesn’t disappoint.
