Can't get hold of customer service, hoping business will now respond
Delivery of the goods was good, however after taking 3 hours putting everything together, we came to putting the top on to find it was damaged, we called the customer service telephone number, which asks you to leave a message but rather than being able to leave a .message the phone line goes dead. Weve emailedbut had no response either. By this time we hadno option to finish assembly and put the damaged lid on, which means we can't return but I'm hoping that the company responds to this post as we have a damaged lid, the lock system doesn't work and the overall sturdiness of the product is questionable.

Poor - ordered three bags for holiday and only one turned up! The company doesn't seem bothered and made no effort to get back to me quickly despite my messages and saying that the bags were required for an imminent holiday. Avoid!

Excellent Customer Service
The paddle board was despatched quickly and effectively. Alas there was a problem with the first one but Packed Direct quickly and with no fuss sent a replacement which seems fine, so customer service and problem handling is excellent.
