Terrible print job, bad customer service. Buyer Beware!

Customer service is awful. Absolutely AWFUL! The beautiful images they provide on there Packlane website for you to use are Adobe Stock images that are beautiful, and high resolution, however, that's NOT how your project will be printed. My image was a bright beautiful beach scene which I purchased from them. Designed my box on their site, they printed my box. It cost me over $700. When I recieved my box weeks later, they were not glossy, they had a Matt sheen to them, and the box looked like it had a dark charcoal overcast to the entire thing. it was at least 7 or 8 times darker than the Adobe Stock image on their site.
I contacted Packlane immediately, took photos of my box, and they will not fix it or reprint my boxes. They blamed it on artwork I submitted! lolol! The artwork was from Packlanes website, and all designed on Paclanes website. Terrible boxes, terrible customer service. The worst I've ever encountered. No offer to correct it. Will never do business with them again.
I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Staples would have done a better job. I flushed over $700 down the drain. Buyer beware.

GREAT water activated tape

GREAT water activated tape. Sticks very well, which is important for our heavy boxes! The experience was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I received my tape one day after the estimated delivery date, but it was all good. The order minimums were greatly appreciated as I didn't need to order a whole pallet of tape at once. Packlane is there every step of the way!

From beginning to print production, Packlane was absolutely amazing to work with. When I first started designing my mailer box, I had no idea what I was doing as far as quality images and how it would all translate to print. When I received feedback from Packlane, I decided to re-design the whole box! Brandy from Packlane Artwork Support responded right away and reassured me that my new design would be used. Not only was my mailer box delivered early, but it was even better than I could have ever imagined! Packlane turned my creation into a product I am so pride of! I am forever grateful! Phenomenal customer service, fast responses and awesome print production team. 10/10 definitely recommend! and I will be back again! :) Thank you!!!

Many errors =(

We had a lot of things go wrong on our most recent order. There was a line around the entire box, as if one of the ink heads wasn't working properly. There were some areas where our art wasn't printed at all and the white box was visible beneath it. Lastly, even using their dieline the tabs that closed the box were too short, so the boxes would not stay folded without tape.

Packlane responded well and offered to reprint for us, so I do appreciate their attempt to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the lead time for a reprint was too long and wouldn't work with our project. They gave us a refund instead.

This company is SO DISORGANIZED

This company is a complete joke. I am surprised they are still in business. They create nothing but headaches and hardship. As a business owner, I am livid with the experience I had. These people are obnoxious, they're game players, and they were HORRIBLE to deal with. Their games have permanently lost what would have been an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER!

I'm typically the person to handle discrepencies with a company privately, but despite me giving them at least a half a dozen chances, Packlane has really disappointed me. We were in the final steps of signing a contract and they went completely dark. Ghosted us. Caused at least a month delay in the launch of our product and it was a really frustrating experience. I wanted to use Packlane as a long term customer, but unfortunately, they made that decision for me.

Absolutely perfect! Loved being able to order using color codes, and our order came in at least 4 days ahead of the ETA that was given.

Great experience. Will def get my future business

Great experience. Did some shopping for the best price tied in with best shipping and Packlane was my choice. I could not be happier with my choice and plan on much future business with Packlane. Everything was printed centered and as designed.

Never even again.

Went to them for Professional Packaging, what i got is broken items in there engineering grade Boxes.
The criteria that i specifically asked them for and the specifically agreed to.

When addressed got a reply of Sorry we will fix it. And then i had to wait ca 2 months for them to come up with a solution but was always ignored. Never got a solution. For weeks trying to get a reply. No money back, no solution.
Horrible Horrible business practices.
I can not recommend at all. Only Promises no delivery. Its not the money i lost but the time i lost in the process that is so so infuriating. Its criminal what they are doing.

worst experience ever

if only i could give zero reviews... stay away from this company. they waste your time and money.

they misprinted my order and instead of fixing their mistake and sending me my correct order, they refused to take responsibility for their own fault and offered me $50 store credit.

such an awful company morals, such an awful customer care...

We have ordered many boxes from…

We have ordered many boxes from Packlane and always order the dreamcoat print so that the boxes are elevated experience. This time we ordered the same dreamcoat, but they were printed incorrectly without it. I understand that mistakes are made, but the claims people are making it hard to get it fixed. We have ordered many times from yall - so we know the difference, and have sent photos/videos showing the difference, however they are still making us send boxes back before making any correction. so now we have missed the timeframe where we can get them reprinted and sent out in time to our influencers as a high end box. Very frustrating. I would understand if this was our first order, but this is about our 7th, so for the claims team to not right the wrong instantly is not good business.
