Terrible experience.
Did not receive the package, and had to pay almost the same price as the order for taxes and duties.
100% not recommend

I love pack lane I have now used the company’s services twice for different projects. I love how fast they are at production and turn around. However the book shipping boxes I just ordered while printed so beautiful were not pre-creased properly at folds to close the box so it’s very difficult to close the boxes.

The boxes are high quality and arrive relatively quickly for custom work.

Easy to use designer tool, easy to order and excellent quality. Just got my order today and I am in love. The boxes I ordered came out beautifully. Customer service is also top notch. I had a question about my order and was quickly put in touch with someone. Ordering again real soon.

So easy to design. Arrived ahead of schedule. Quality is fantastic.

I had a box created, wanted to see what one would look like before I did a big order and was debating doing a product demo for a possible gofundme. Had to pay 60$ for one box because shipping was insane. On the proof it was incredibly detailed as the image I used was. Just got the box and the image was blurry and didn't look anything like the proof. Huge waste of money all around.

love packlane + i've used it several times before! the process is mostly seemless. i did have one issue with the incorrect design files being used in the proof, however it was quickly resolved. the boxes came quickly + looked great! they could have been scored a little better (about half the boxes had weak scoring in some areas) - but printing was flawless.

Packlane manipulates their information to make themselves look good and leave customers in the dark and in the dust...

We paid rush fees for both production and shipping of a mere 25 mailer boxes. First, they have "technical difficulties" with the design file we delivered, which is fully based on their own template file. It takes almost 2 days to have this fixed. And it turns out, that this isn't part of production. Really?!

Second, we paid for rush delivery. As their ordering system states: 1 Day by 3PM. So, that means if shipping happens on May 10, delivery should be on May 13 (weekend not included, we understand that). But instead the delivery date is May17! That later got updated to May 16, which is still not May 13. Ehich we were promissed by the support team.

After calling Packlane we learned that next day delivery only happens if production doesn't fall within the stated day range... That is not what their website says.

Needless to say that we are extremely dissatisfied with the service Packlane claims to offer.

There were no surprises, the product looked just like I designed. I was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I will definitely us Packlane again.

Easily the best customer service I've ever received from an e-commerce platform. I've been ordering for years and their staff (especially Jaime!) are incredibly helpful and the boxes themselves are great quality.

Fast and easy. Design team was helpful. The hardest part was figuring out digital color vs printed color--but you'll experience that at just about any print shop. Wish we could insert Pantone codes for the most accuracy. But otherwise, easy to work with.

I used the design tool on Packlane to create my design, then clicked purchased. The 1st proof came through and it did not match the design I created using the design tool - the fonts, sizing & spacing had been changed. It was VERY difficult to communicate this, as you can not upload photos or screenshots when rejecting proofs. I asked for a refund during the process, since progress was going so slowly, and then was given a free design package instead- While I appreciate the gesture, it should have never been necessary if the design translated properly in the first place. My timeline is blown and I now have zero confidence in the final product or using Packlane again for future projects. It has been a very frustrating 3 weeks of waiting and back and forth.

Second time ordering mailer boxes from Packlane. We LOVED them!

Great company, they always deliver a phenomenal product

I have had the WORST experience. I ordered boxes with a delivery date at the end of January. It's now Feb 12th, and the boxes are not expected to arrive on time. I have called customer service two times, and both calls were a waste of time. Oh, and the "approve proof" button never worked. I will never use this company again, and neither should you!

I worked with Chase McCurdy. This team member was very attentive, very thorough, and provided great information. He is a huge reason why I and my VP decided to transition from a previous provider to this company. He truly deserves recognition for his talent, and I look forward to working with Packlane here on out!

Ordered boxes in the past and tried to reorder but the old templates were no longer available.

They sent me the templates and I could not edit it and had to start over. I started over and ordered the boxes and tried to match the color to the old boxes through the computer screen. They have no PMS matching colors only CYMK values that they did not supply on the old order.
I ordered new boxes and the color is way off. It's hard to tell from a computer screen the exact colors in CYMK (if they don't provide that from the old order). Contacted support and they basically what they printed matched what was ordered on the computer screen and I could re-order the boxes on my own dime...so basically..SOL. I like the quality of the boxes but for returning customer I was very disappointed with the color of the printing.

Brandy, the customer service rep I worked with was nothing short of amazing! She was very helpful and prompt with responses. The customer service is truly 5 stars!

We have ordered from Packlane for many years now and I appreciate the ability to see my design right on the screen when I'm creating it. The quality of the boxes was very high and well done for many years.

The downside is the the price is super expensive when ordering small runs and I get that the custom box requires extra work. The shipping that is tacked on later is not really a great surprise, it would be nice to know up front that the shipping increases the price of the box dramatically and is really left as an unknown until the boxes are shipped.

In the past when seeking better pricing I was told the wait time would be weeks longer than the usual 4-6 weeks because they had to switch print styles. The price would be more up front and less later. The salesman had horrible customer service and I wasn't impressed for as many boxes as we print - even if we are smaller we are a frequent customer.

Our most recent order was obviously printed more cheaply. Instead of a nice clean cut box they smell like the smoke cut from a laser printer that burnt the edges of the boxes. They are also made from thinner box material and the coating on the box is thinner as well giving an over all cheap look - the price I paid was in the 10K's and NOT cheap on my end at all. I'm pretty disappointed after all this time we have put in. If I wasn't a busy business owner I'd probably be looking for better customer service.

For now we make do with what we have until we can find time to look for new printers.
