Automatic Response on Chat (?)

The customer service is nice, but I have a slight issue with the response of "Hello! it looks like you’ve been inactive for a while. I just wanted to make sure if we're still connected. Please confirm if you still need assistance." -- this happened multiple times while I was chatting, and I was given about 10 seconds to respond before this popped up. I don't know if it's automatic? But the employee responses from the chat would also take a long time, so I had the window open waiting for an extended amount of time waiting for responses. That's my only issue. Otherwise Packola has great customer service and has an intuitive website for designing templates.

Contact regarding quality and proofs was timely and professional.

This is only our 2nd order from Packola, but we were so happy with our first order of custom packing boxes that we had to come back for custom labels for a new project. :)

I used Packola's website to design a product box for one of my training courses and the experience was a nightmare! Their design tools don't allow you to use custom colors so they instruct you to choose something similar in the design process and then provide them with your CMYK or PMS codes. I sent them my branding guidelines with all the necessary color codes and information and they couldn't execute the color change. I spent more than twenty minutes on the phone with three or four representatives and was asked repeatedly for the same information. This company has horrible processes. I have requested a full refund and will NEVER do business with Packola!

Shipping cost is ridiculously high. Makes the whole order not worthwhile at all.

My order came in and the print was slightly off, I reached out as I was unsure whether it was my mistake or the manufacturer to get no response. I wish there was a mock up view for the final product i could view before we ordered

I ordered the wrong size template and within the next hour, got my mistake corrected thanks to the LIVE chat.

Super easy to create my box … shipping is expensive, but with today’s inflation, I understand! But also very competitive in pricing

Online design is totally cool and works well. Chat with a Pakola rep was very helpful.

I just needed one single box for a game my son designed. The design template was extremely intuitive and easy to use. A digital approval proof was sent by Packola explaining adjustments made. Received the box 5 days before the ETA and it looked great.

We did have issues with our first submittal but with a couple of proofs we were able to generate artwork for our box. Now we await the delivery and a look at the finished product. Thank you.
