They arrived today and the boxes came out awesome I am extremely happy I chose this company. They also offered some suggestions which agreed to. I have admit I wish they arrived a little sooner than close to 3 weeks. That's my only complaint.

Dimensional rendering on the order page is incorrect. We received the wrong size boxes and their customer service manager Jane told us that while she acknowledges the website misrepresents the dimensional rendering, Packola's production team measures the box from the inside.

It took weeks and dozens of emails to get 20% off a new order and was unable to get a refund or full replacement.

This was my 2nd re-order of our boxes. I am giving a 4-star instead of a 5-star because I feel like the shipping cost was way too high.

I am a repeat customer and frankly, Packola is the best vendor I use for any of my business needs. Their tools, processes, checks and balances - top notch and I don't even have my new order yet, but I already know they nailed it. Not to mention this order will arrive at least week ahead of the estimated date. I buy Packola products to make our other vendor products better for our customers and there is no other company I would rather work with to acquire these types of custom products.

They contacted me immediately upon finding issues with my file, and fixed the problems before I even replied!

Absolutely terrible folding tolerances - ordered a premade box and flaps don't go where they're supposed, lid doesn't close, etc.

The representative was helpful. However he sent me to an automated system to enter my credit card information and that did not work. The credit card authorization did not work online either when I was trying to place the order. VERY FRUSTRATING. I will not be making a payment until this issue is solved. Not convenient for customers that are spending lots of money.

Packola’s 3D designing tool is fantastic way to get a true preview of your designed item. Even better than a traditional mock-up. And it couldn’t be easier to use.

Best packaging company I have ever worked with.

The design printed well! And our sample box was even delivered early. The only one concern was that the front flap of the box was dented which is visible when the box is closed and affects the presentation. Not sure if this was a result in shipping handling. Otherwise the product turned out great!

Man I thought this was going to be simple. I was wrong, this was actually painful. For some reason I've had to talk to at least 5 different people. Some via chat, some email and some on the phone. All of them had to be told all over again what was going on. One person sent me an email saying something was wrong with my art and we needed to talk but the phone number field in their email signature was blank and I responded to his email 4 times trying to fix the issue but in 4 days of waiting he never got back to me. It's been a week now going back and forth and I still don't have a box being print. Spent today researching other companies and in 1hr I completed the entire process with a competitor that Packola hasn't been able to do in a week. Haven't had this much of my time wasted by a company in long time.

I love Packola and have used them several times. But, today, I had a $100 shipping charge for 300 small boxes. That seems a bit extreme. What about some incentive coupons or Free Shipping vouchers on occassion?
