Any questions I had I did thru Live Chat, and I went from shopping around and getting quotes to ordering a sample to receiving the sample and placing an order in just a few days. Even when I had a question about the prices, the responses via Live Chat and email were super fast and helpful! I will recommend as much as I can! (Well, pending delivery!) Thanks

Terrible ordering experience. Took almost 2 weeks to get the order even submitted and started due to a very disjointed email and phone support process where neither are coordinating with each other. They wanted PDF files because they have outdated version of AI and couldn’t open files. This is a printing company that doesn’t have the software or personnel that understand this business. Kept going around in circles for 2 weeks. Frustrating.

Boxes are great.
Shipping is ridiculous. $$$ and timing are ridiculous.

I'm a frequent returning customer. Order process is straightforward and customer service is top notch. Production can take a bit of time as expected, but shipping is prompt. The only reason this review is not 5 stars as I wish there was an easy way to see the art from previous orders.

Honey was extremely helpful today. She answered all of my questions and helped me through a very detailed custom company order.

Despite a little confusion at the outset, the customer service reps were great. The printing is excellent. Where it went wrong is that of the five different sample boxes I ordered, two arrived bent. If they had simply packed the five together, they would have had more strength to resist being bent and damaged. But they all came individually (at the same time - so no real excuse for sending separately). So two of the boxes will not look as they should when I present them. One had a crease right down the center of the front and the logo. I'm disappointed at this completely needless issue after such a great printing job.

Unfortunately, it's only available in the US.
I hope there are good companies like this in Canada too.

The worst check out experience ever. I ordered a sample in July and was ready to place my first batch of 300 but your website would not process payment. I called my bank to ensure everything was ok on the card. Spoke to customer service on the phone twice tried to pay via your automated system and nothing. I wasted an hour doing this and if my order can't be processed by tomorrow I am using another vendor.

Customer service is great which seems to be declining in most businesses these days. There was a problem with my file not being sharp enough and it was handled right away with both phone call and an email.

Changed my $67 for a sample. And they messed up that one sample. It wasn’t my design or logo on it and this messed up my schedule for showcasing my product.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The printing on the box was amazing but the box was only put inside of another flat box. At some point it either rained or the carrier was careless and my box is went and ripped.

I found the box design pretty nice and well made. I am fairly satisfied with my order.

The fact that you don’t have PayPal to make payments an easier process is your wonky downfall. As an overseas customer it would’ve been so easy as it was it’s was very painful

The site is really easy to use to make boxes just the right size and to get some text and branding on it. It would be nice if there were a few more tools for customizing text, and if they had a tool for making inserts for the box built in.
Shipping costs are also a bit surprising, even for small orders, so beware.

Additionally, the customer service chat interface is expert and simple to use if you have any questions. There is no delay in contacting anyone. Not to mention that choosing to work with your organization was greatly facilitated by your competitive pricing.

Website is confusing when it comes to their timelines. While they did end up refunding me and cancelling the order it was challenging because I was several days behind assuming their website was providing truthful and clear information - which it wasn't

So far so good waiting on sample box but everything went well.
