Closes at 6.30pm
I booked this on the basis that it stayed open until 8pm. On arrival I was told that they would close at 6.30pm which was no use to me. Not particularly apologetic and said they would change closing time on the website. Still says 8pm!

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We completely understand your frustration regarding the closing time and apologise for the confusion this created.
Our hours were recently adjusted, and there was unfortunately a delay in updating all online listings. We’ve now ensured that our website and booking platforms reflect the correct closing time to avoid this happening again.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are truly sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
Kind regards,
The Paddington Luggage Storage Team
Your website says "open until 8pm"- it does not!
Your website says "open until 8pm". When we got there after booking you said you would close at 6 pm which was too early for us. Fortunately we found somewhere else nearby. However your manager denied that the website ever said 8pm. I have now taken a photo of this - yes it STILL says 8 pm!

This was the easiest
This was the easiest, simple and time efficient easy way to arrange storage for the day. The cost was also a bonus £18 for 3 pieces of luggage and knowing that as you spend your last hours in London that all your belongings are secure and safe. Thanks again
