Great customer service…
Fast communication when an item wasn’t in stock I was offered a variety of options to suit myself - ultimately the new stock arrived in time and I received it early in fact. Great service, easy communication and items as described - highly recommended shop.

Prompt delivery and good customer service
Rackets were delivered within the week in perfect condition. Easy to communicate through the chat and they were guiding me to choose the best option for me and my partner. This is the third order I’ve bought from this website, as I had purchased padel balls and other accessories, and never had any issues.

Hi Sandra,
So sorry to hear, unfortunately, we have no control over the curriers once the items are dispatched. I have sent you a replacement for the inconvenience and will check with Aramex to see what has happened.
Best regards
