Very unprofessional company had a parcel that was supposed to be signed for left behind a bin which was stolen and Samuel’s answer the owner of the company was and this is copied from he’s email “Please note that PadelDogs cannot take responsibility for any loss that occurs after delivery. While we always aim to assist our customers, our terms of service state that we do not take responsibility for shipping and delivery issues.” So basically they will send it out if you don’t get it it’s your problem I have done a charge back to receive my money back avoid at all costs scam company

I originally ordered the padel through the Cork UK site. However, delivery time was estimated at a week to week and a half. I was hoping to get the padel before I went on a trip to Spain and saw that one of the Cork distributors Padeldogs had the padel in stock and could ship out within a couple of days. I contacted Cork UK who who transferred the order over to Padel dogs who confirmed the order back within half an hour. Great service.

Hi, my experience with you has been absolutely incredible and very positive. I ordered the limited-edition Cork Extreme Green racket, which unfortunately you don’t ship outside the UK. Even so, one of your team members, Samuel Biddlecombe, helped me by allowing me to purchase the racket using your warehouse as the delivery address. We used your warehouse address, and I arranged UPS to pick up the racket.
