Premium Finish & Timeless Style
I recently used Paint & Paper Library for a decorating project, and the quality genuinely stands out. From the moment you open the tin, you can tell it’s a premium product—the consistency is smooth, easy to work with, and gives excellent coverage.
The depth of colour is where it really shines. The shades feel rich, refined, and far more sophisticated than standard high street paints. Once applied, the finish looks flawless and has that high-end, designer feel that completely elevates the room.
Application was straightforward, with minimal splatter and great opacity, meaning fewer coats were needed. It dries evenly and leaves a durable finish that feels built to last.
If you’re looking to create a polished, luxurious look and don’t mind investing a bit more for quality, Paint & Paper Library is absolutely worth it. It’s the kind of paint that makes a noticeable difference the moment it’s on the

Easy to order, tester pots came quickly and were packaged well with a little brush. No postage fees which was really helpful as we had to order another different tester a few days later. Paint seems very good quality too.

Best paint ever used
Excellent ordering service and packaged well on arrival. Excellent choice of paint but by far the most important point is the excellent quality of the paint. You may pay more for it than Dulux or Crown but as my husband says (who knows about painting and decorating) it is the best paint he has ever used.

Very poor
Sadly I have contacted this company on more than one occasion for wallpaper samples. They did not arrive and the company said they would send a replacement order. Which also did not arrive. On contacting the company again they informed me that only one sample was now available. This, has also not arrived. Why would I spend hundreds of pounds on wallpaper if they can't manage to get samples to me! Their communications are very pleasant but totally hopeless.
