I’d spotted the perfect wall art for…
I’d spotted the perfect wall art for our bedroom at a major garden centre, but it was a bit pricey. Then I found PAK TAO online and they had the exact same picture but at a much better price. It arrived this week and I’m thrilled with it. Great price, great service .. thank you.

Great products & customer service
Having shopped around loads of suppliers I found the coffee tables I was looking for on Pak Tao’s website. They were much better value for money, arrived on time, very well packaged & the quality was excellent. The follow up customer care has also been superb and I’d be happy to recommend Pak Tao to anyone ordering online .

We are delighted with the side tables
We are delighted with the side tables, they are just what we wanted and fit into our living room perfectly.
The delivery time was quick and efficient with regular updates on progress. They were well packed and arrived undamaged.

Competitive pricing!
I found some beautiful Libra tables on this website at almost £100 less than other companies were selling them for. I bought them as well as two fab statues. The service has been great and the tables and statues are great too. Very helpful customer service.

Took payment for item not in stock
Ordered and paid for an item on website. Then got an email to say 'out of stock'. Why are businesses happy to take payment for an order that they cannot fulfil?

If a product is not available, it will only be offered as a pre-order, and we will not collect any payment until it becomes available.
If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued immediately.
