You guys just are not following directions or are not patient enough (it says right ther it takes up to a 7-10days for first payment) I was able to take out my winning after following the instructions no problem. This casino is as good as its sister ones people should really give it a chance b4 reading all these bad reviews this is a legit review from real person I wasnt paid or sponsored for it.

Hands Down the worst biggest scam site I’ve ever played. Take my advice and stay away it would take all day to type all the ways they screwed me out of money.

Total scammers, they will not let you withdraw your winnings and keep coming up with ridiculous reasons for that. They wanna know everything about your life yearly statements of banks specific wallets that would let you withdraw by bitcoin every time you’re done with what they want to add more to it. Every time they ask for something you have to reset the clock for another 20 days until you get paid and then at the end you don’t even get paid..

Why do I have to put one star? It's should be zero. They're scam artists. I deposited money, they matched me and there was a bonus with so many spins or whatever, but I ended up winning money, but couldn't withdraw because the wins from the bonus spins don't count. It's not real money. You're playing for free here, even when you deposit.

Same thing has happened to me that has happened to everyone else leaving reviews. This place is a scam, I accepted 1 sign up bonus and played through the requirements. Met the threshold to withdraw, tried to withdraw and had to deposit first and jump through hoops, contact support who lied. Haven’t received my winnings that were approved but got a refund for the $10 I deposited. Whatever you do, avoid this casino at all cost.

I accepted a promotional chip for ten dollars from this platform during new years before the first arrived. i completed the insanely large almost impossible playthrough guidelines wich took me close to 6 hours to complete and won enough winnings to satisfy the everything asked of me to be eligble to withdraw the 100$ maximum withdrawal, got verified 100% was asked to deposit (even though i was verified ten dollars in light coin so they had a address to send my winnings to) which they had no problem taking. after i completed everything they asked without a problem, and the only next step was for them to honor thier promotion, they then almost immediately denied me my withdrawal reguest telling me my bitcoin wallet wasnt good enough or up to the standards of their casino( even tho it's the leading bitcoin wallet on the globe and was up to thier standards when they took my required deposit to verify. sure was up to standards when they were taking my money. so i put in a request for my winnings again, and like the first one was approved but this time also recieved and approved for processing. told me it would take longer than ten buisness days to process. so i left it at that.( request received, approved, and being processed. (mind you, this is the only time i have ever played on this site. the only chip i have ever accepted and first time ever playing on this site,.... BY THE TIME I CAME BACK TO CHECK ON MY WINNINGS TEN DAYS LATER MY TRANSACTION HISTORY SHOWS AT SOME TIME BETWEEN THE REQUEST APPROVED, IT WAS DENIED, AND A NEW ONE PUT IN BY STAFF DOCUMENTED AS A MANAGER WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FOR THE SAME AMOUNT AS MY WINNINGS APPROVED AND TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. My previous rating was wrong. After correctly understanding the processing of withdrawls it was better . Coindraw 5 or 6 days. All other methods can be 17 days or more. Other then waiting time casino is good. Agents are nice and lots of free no deposit offers **between each deposit**

Takes over a month to withdrawal funds. They say 7 to 10 days to approve withdrawal and another 7 to 10 days to process but thats only counting business days and even then takes longer then 10 days each.

Played here for a few years. They don't care about loyalty and tell you what you want to hear - just to toy with you. Takes over 1 full month to get paid out. Don't for once think they value you they only want to your money and only pay out when you continue to deposit. Ruben Banks is terrible VIP host. Avoid him if possible.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Cannot explain how trash this casino is. They won't give you the money you won unless you give them 3months of bank statements id front and back and a picture of you holding it, and they want a birth certificate and they take over 3 weeks to give you the money you won. I was sent a email with a offer of 25 free spins. Imagine my surprise when all 25 spins were the exact same non winning board. I have 18 of 25 spins screen shot, took me a minute to catch on, then missed a couple screen shots because I was so Shocked this platform just kept giving me the exact same board over and over.

It has been over 3 months and I still haven't received my winnings. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Complete joke!

On June 25th, I requested a withdrawal for $556.26. It says it takes 7-10 business days to process the request. It has since been over a month and I still haven’t had any luck getting my withdrawal. I’ve contacted support and all they say is they will escalate the situation and to check back, but when I check back they say they’ll escalate it again. I’d love to spend more money here because I enjoy the casino but it’s like pulling teeth to get your money.

do not bother using this site; once you want to withdraw never ending verification and documents needed and replies every few days or so. i will close my account and just forget about it. very frustrating

PS: my withdrawal of 165usd is pending since July 24th and each time they ask for new documents, I hd deposited 200usd, its not that they'll lose money if they pay me. but, they want to steal money thats why they will never pay
