I played this casino for years. Upon hitting a fairly large win.. I submitted all the required documents set forth by this casino.. which in my opinion.. is extreme. Wire transfer was the only option for credit card deposits. So.they wanted all my banking info, for international transfers, utility bill, drivers license, copy of my credit card,.. AND.. a copy of my last bank statement. Fine. Didn't
like it.. but I sent it. Then. After a week.. they said they weren't going to except my bank for a wire transfer.. because of some questionable charges to my account. REALLY? now they are questioning how I spend my own money??? Told me to go open another checking account, that cant wont use this one. . anyway.. long story short. . Didn't get paid.. jump through hoops and they still won't pay. Don't waste your time. Loyalty means nothing to them, but I will continue writing reviews on this casino i if it means only one person doesn't get screwed like I did. BEWARE OF THIS CASINO!!!

Palace of Chance casino and it's sister casinos are absolutely cheating it's players. I have tried every style of gambling on the slots and on the keno platforms and I can tell you they will only take our money,,,and take it some more. I'm at lost for words in this one. I will be leaving this game because I played won 450.00 bucks I withdrew on July 6, I waited til the holiday passed it is now the 15th of July and I just messaged them to let this know what's going on and they said, no I can't because the bonus was free and I could only cash out if I deposited 30 dollars. If you ever win, apparently you should never accept a free spin or chips bonus or they can void your winnings. I had $400 voided that I won because of this.

I had tried to do a $200 withdrawal months prior using a wire transfer that was cancelled and returned to my account. And then I tried another method that was cancelled and returned to my account. And then I made a minimum bitcoin deposit to try that way, won some, and then it was voided and not returned to my account.
