Spencer did a great job. He was thorough, caring and efficient. I will always use Palace Plumbing. His carpentry work was excellent in repairing the wooden patio door and his plumbing work on the kitchen sink too.

My leaking radiator was fixed within a few hours of calling Palace Plumbers.I was kept informed by the central office of any changes in timings and when the plumber arrived I was impressed by his skill , knowledge and expertise.

The plumber came dead on time, didn't try to con me into having more done than was necessary, explained all about my air lock, and fixed it within minutes. I had previously had some other plumbers in who turned up on a Thursday, said they would come back to fix it the next day, and didn't, despite numerous phone calls, and left me, a 75 year old woman, to heave buckets of hot water out of the bath to flush the loo over the weekend and beyond. Thank you Palace plumbers - you have restored my faith in plumbers.

Quick response, accurate estimate and friendly service

The plumber sent to solve the problem did not actually identify what was wrong and left us to try to obtain the washer which was broken but was not the real problem. We called in another plumber who found the real problem and sorted it out for half the price!

Superb. From the moment of the initial contact, the service was prompt, efficient and professional. The plumber himself was excellent, couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, and did an excellent job. If you want a plumber, you really don't need to go anywhere else!

Great service, efficient and well organised

I used this company for the first time last week when my usual company could not come out to fix my boiler until the following day. I was assured by Palace Plumbers that they could certainly deal with the problem that day and was kept up to date by phone on when the plumber would be arriving. The issue was dealt with speedily, efficiently and at a fair price. I was impressed with this company’s professionalism and pleasantness.
