What an absolutely amazing company
What an absolutely amazing company! I can’t recommend buying with them enough. Everything I’ve bought has been superb quality and the service from start to finish was the best I’ve ever experienced from a brand. I love Palome
I love Palome. Their clothes are beautiful - well made, well designed and well priced.
The materials used are always excellent and the colours are good too. The sizing seems pretty accurate to me. Their clothes are beautifully packed and arrive promptly.
The service is great - the only time I needed to phone them (to change a size, entirely my fault) the phone was answered promptly, the item was changed very quickly and the person on the phone was delightful.
Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Palome!

Obsessed with Palome!
I received my silk skirt, linen summer jacket and shorts and I love them. I am obsessed with Palome and I’ve never been this obsessed with a clothes brand ever but I just feel like the style, material, ethos is everything I resonate with. Absolutely beautiful clothes at a great…
Absolutely beautiful clothes at a great price. I’ve bought several pieces, starting off with jeans and moving onto tops and a skirt and all have been great quality and really perfect fit. I feel I’ve found my perfect brand! Service has been perfect and the packaging is lovely. I’ve used the return service and it was easy and efficient.

The quality of the fabric is excellent…
The quality of the fabric is excellent for the price and the designs are sophisticated classics. I find myself wearing these pieces again and again and appreciate that most of the pieces I have from Palome mix and match even though I didn’t deliberately choose pieces on that basis. I also appreciate the quick delivery.

Well-made and high quality
Clothing is beautifully packaged. Garments are well made using high quality textiles, and are constructed in Europe. Given this, they are good value. I love the little pink line that each piece has as a brand identifier.
My only quibble is that there is not much colour range. Most garments are navy blue! This has limited what I'd like to buy. I have navy blue linen shorts and a navy blue merino wool lightweight jumper. I also have a cashmere sweater in a brown colour (called 'apricot') and I wanted a short-sleeved linen shirt but the only colours available were navy blue and a natural undyed colour. I went with the latter, but it's a bit 'worthy' for me, would have preferred something in a red/orange/pink palette or in a blue that isn't navy. I've kept it as it's well-made if a bit on the large side.
Still, I expect to buy from them again. I'd love them to broaden their colour choices though!

What a joy to order from Palome!
The packaging was very pretty and smelled so lovely. I received my order quickly and the quality of the Maidelle linen shirt dress in basil that I received is very high. Plus I also got a little freebie which is always nice.
The customer service is also amazing and they are very helpful and quick to reply.
I highly recommend Palome and will definitely order from them again.

I bought some jeans from Palome this week. The package came and it was just a lovely experience! Not only did the jeans fit like a glove, the package was beautifully wrapped and even spelled gorgeous! The free scarf 'with first purchase' is lovely and all in all a wonderful retail experience!
