What a fabulous shopping experience
I have bought several items and absolutely loved every one! The parcel arrives beautifully packaged in a box wrapped in scented tissue paper.So perfect for a gift,Delivery is quick. I would love to buy the garment spray it smells wonderful, what is it? The quality of the items is excellent, I found the sizing to be quite big, so I have bought a size down. This is now my first stop when shopping I just wish there were more dress options and new ranges or size replenishment more often. The value for money is exceptional. This is honestly the best online shopping experience I have had.

Brilliant quality and price
I ordered a few pieces. They came on time. The quality was excellent. Incredible value. I love the classic style with a twist. A linen jacket I lived but the sleeves were too long. I asked the team to measure the sleeve in the smaller size. Nothing too much trouble. They're my go to brand now

Incredibly good value!

Palome is a winner!
I ordered a couple of pieces from Palome, the delivery was fast, follow up exchange/return also fast plus the customer service stands out amongst other companies who delay returns/refunds. My e mail was replied with kindness and efficiency. Their packaging is so carefully done, with tissue paper, a solid box and a free scarf which is so beautiful. Palome's quality is of a high standard yet the prices are not high, very affordable, high quality with a good delivery/return service -an all round bonus. I shall buy more from Palome in future.

Questionable refund process when a gift card is used - be warned
Update - Palome promptly confirmed that they have refunded me the £33 back onto my Visa card so I should see that in my account soon. Thank you and it was appreciated receiving a professional email from a real person. I still remain positive about the quality of clothes and I would order more.
Palome have stated that their policies are being updated to be more transparent about their refund process when split payment methods are used and a return is made. I believe split refunds will continue. The transparency will be really appreciated by customers especially in situations where the refund requested/ expected is for payments made above the value of the gift card used ie the customer has also used their own funds so might expect that amount to be refunded back to their original method of payment.
Up until now I've been very positive indeed about the clothes and customer service from Palome. However their refund process when a gift card is used is questionable and, I feel, dishonest. I used a £100 gift card to order a £100 jumper. At the same time I also ordered a £50 shirt that I purchased with my debit card - so the order totalled £150. As the shirt was too long I returned it. Rather than refunding me the £50 that I had paid for myself, Palome has split my refund and put £33 back onto the gift card and refunded my debit card with the remaining money ie around £17. Whilst I appreciate that a gift card purchase often means that refunds go back on that card, I did spend the gift card in full on the £100 jumper. So Palome has, without my consent and without a clear policy, made a decision to hold onto my own money. My gift card was not £133....

A brand that actually delivers
This brand is my new fave. Shipping times are very quick. Quality and cut are amazing - the fit is on point, and the materials are gorgeous. You get amazing clothes for the price they charge.
I made a return due to ordering two sizes to check which fit me best. The return process was very easy, and the refund was issued promptly.
I literally have no negative feedback to offer. Cant wait to see more drops and for them to (hopefully) expand into offering bags and shoes.

Clothes seem very nice and very pleased…
Clothes seem very nice and very pleased with a cashmere cardigan I bought recently. However my second purchase was a dress which didn’t fit well so I returned it. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund with no communication. I need to have more confidence in your return process to order from you again
