Superb quality and service! I now have 10 pieces from Palome, each has exceeded my expectations, from dresses which flatter and fit, to their cashmere which is great quality, do soft, washes well and all at an unbelievable price point. Great customer service
I’ve bought from Palome several times and customer service always go above and beyond. Such a nice contrast to other companies at the moment.
I recently requested my order be shipped early as I wanted to take the items on my honeymoon and customer service made sure they were shipped that day. The items were also gorgeous!

I gasped when I opened the box. Beautifully packaged with attention to details. And the dress!!! Stunning and timeless. I received the packaged literally on the same day it was sent. Insane! Highly recommend.

First order and I’m delighted
Received my first order from Palome within two days of ordering. The Sorbonne and Danube cashmere sweaters were the beautiful quality and fit I was expecting - I am thrilled. What made it even more special was the beautiful scarf as a free gift and the pretty and beautifully fragranced packaging.

Beautiful clothes at a great price
I am absolutely obsessed with Palome. The quality for price is outstanding and their fabrics are all lovely - I’ve bought cashmere, linen, jeans etc, and they have really upgraded my wardrobe. Delivery is very fast and the customer service is great too. I will definitely be back for more!

First time buyer from Palome not received refund
I am a first time buyer from Palome and the quality seems good but my experience is let down by inconsistent sizing and terrible customer service.
I returned items in 2 boxes posted at the same time and Royal mail tracking shows they were delivered to palome at the same time. I have received notification of the return of the box containing 1 item but nothing for the box containing 4 items with a value of £165. I have contacted Palome via their contact form to chase it with the details and the tracking number but it hasn't even been acknowledged. They have no customer service phone number either.
I'm really disappointed with the experience and at the moment I don't trust that I will receive the money I'm owed - I will have to pursue a claim via my credit card company

Timeless, great quality - at affordable price. Their cashmere knits - when taken care of properly, are divine to wear. I rotate between 3 everyday! I also love their denim - the fit and wash are great!

I’ve made few orders from Palome and loved each piece I’ve got! Packaging is so lovely and the smell when you open it is like no other brand. Customer cervice is great as well!

Gorgeous all round
Since my first purchase last year, I have bought many gorgeous items from Palome. All are excellent quality, stylish and elegant. The cashmere is wonderful, I live in it and the blouses and skirts are also stunning. I’ve only had one small issue which was rectified almost immediately.
I would 100% recommend Palome, the clothes are beautiful, the prices excellent value and the service is amazing.

Gorgeous products, terrible refund experience initially
Gorgeous products, terribly slow to refund! I’ve got a DPD email that my returned item was received by Palome on 9 April 2026, as of today 7 May 2026 still no refund! This is for £104.00, so not inconsiderable. I’ve raised a ‘ticket’ to ask when I’ll be getting my refund (no email back with a ticket number to be able to quote) and will update my feedback when I hear back (if I do).
UPDATE- I had a personal email response from Ilona in Palome’s customer services team very quickly and she actioned the refund immediately. This response has restored my faith in Palome and, as I said before, their products are amazing quality and value. It’s a shame their refunding process seems to not be working as effectively as it should so that problems like mine don’t occur. I hope they are able to fix this.

Bought two cashmere cardigans and a…
Bought two cashmere cardigans and a skirt. The skirt was too long and the fit of the sweaters was just ok, nothing to be excited about. Returned and got confirmation that returns have reached them but I have not been refunded. It has been 8 business days. I wrote to them but no reply. Wow. When I write to Sézane, I receive replies within minutes. Pretty sad that I trusted Palome.

I chanced upon this website and am so pleased I did. I ordered some items and made a stupid mistake by ordering twice. I wrote to their customer service and Ilona sorted it out. She was professional, efficient and really nice to deal with. The clothes are really well made and feel nice, though the jeans were too short for me (5'7") and had to be returned. I shall definitely be using this website again and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent quality and value for money
I hadn't used or heard of Palome before and found them because they had the perfect pair of shorts I'd been looking for. The experience exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the price for such a good quality item and the price was what made me choose Palome over brands I know well.
I even got a surprise gift with my order like from Sezane. I absolutely recommend and will probably use Palome again very soon!
