Korkenzieher Schrott schon 2 mal repariert und schon wieder kaputt jetzt schmeiß ich den Schrott weg nie wieder

I've never purchased anything from this company, but I attended some of their parties in the 2000s. I just wanted to come on here and laugh at the people who pay the ungodly prices for these products when you can easily do a Google search for anything Pampered Chef offers and find comparable or better products for a third to half the price. I can't believe this MLM crap company is even around anymore or that people even admit they're naive enough to work for them.

Been buying pampered chef for years. This was the worst experience. The PC consultant was the worst. She didn't respond to the games she posted, 24-48 hrs to respond to any questions if she responded at all, and four days to respond with a total or a response. Unbelievable. Day four (3 days after the close of the party), 1030pm receive msg with total, was going to cancel the order for no response the next morning. Unprofessional, disorganized, inconsiderate, consultant does not seem interested in doing her job or connecting with customers. Will never partake in a party with that particular PC consultant again nor possibly any others. Poorly representing the PC name.

I hate my PC coffee maker I have to push the on button at least 3 times to start it brewing. Also when the chime goes off indicating that it is done, it still drips out coffee. I have to clean the tray out after about 4 cups of coffee or it will run out on my counter. Worse purchase ever.

Ganz mieser Kundenservice. Wir haben in drei Jahren den dritten kaputten Airfryer. Jetzt ist die Garantie abgelaufen weil es gilt das Datum ab dem ersten Gerät.
Kulanz und zugesagte Rückrufe- Fehlanzeige.
Vorschlag von Pampered Chef: Wir sollen eine Verkaufsparty für das Gerät ausrichten, dann bekommen wir einen neuen Airfryer zum halben Preis.
Wer möchte bitte in seinem Bekanntenkreis so ein mieses Gerät empfehlen??? Absolute Frechheit !!
Mails bleiben unbeantwortet, ein Brief an die Geschäftsführung auch.
Das mit den Aufklebern die nicht abgehen können wir auch bestätigen, ebenso den Rost im Gerät.
Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben.

Do not buy Pampered Chef and expect it to last, they do not stand behind their products.
I have a salad spinner bowl that is cracked. (Not an item you use everyday) I asked to have it replaced and was told it is not in warranty anymore and discontinued. I was expecting a gift card from the costumer service rep but that was not going to happen. The rep had the audacity to suggest as a solution to my problem that I shop their current sale or consider becoming a rep for PC! The spinner bowl cost $73 and you can purchase a similar item on Amazon for $20. I will not be paying high prices for PC items anymore because it may not last.
I was told several times that the warranty had expired and my question is why does the PC website state Doris Christopher’s vision stated:
“MADE TO LAST”
“We develop innovative, professional-quality, multiuse kitchen tools that stand the test of time, are meant to be used often, loved, and passed on"

My cracked bowl is not professional quality (or it would have not cracked), it was not made to be used often, or made to last! I do not love it cracked and will certainly not pass it on, cracked!

I have never asked PC for any other replacement and the reason I did this is because it was an expensive item.

Yes, I am an unhappy PC customer and done with Pampered Chef.

Just received my order for Chili mix and Roasted red pepper soup mix.
CANNOT READ the directions in
.5 type and light gray on medium gray background.. A least the sourdough bread mix has slightly larger print and white print on the same medium gray.

All I needed was a replacement catalogue, which was three dollars through pampered chef they charge me just about eight dollars to mail it to me plus tax. They said 3 to 5 days to receive it. I live 40 miles away from where was sent from it took 10 days. I called their customer service at day seven he was nice and said I will send it out immediately. He doesn’t understand why it’s still sitting in processing. You will get it tomorrow or the next day. Well guess what those two days came and went. I do like their products that I’ve had But really a three dollar book takes 10 days 40 miles away charges me eight dollars to mail it. Will never purchase from them again.

I bought the Deluxe Air Fryer and the Cooking Blender about 4 years ago, and both stopped working at the same time! I contacted customer service for help and they won't help at all because the warranty is up. No troubleshooting or anything. Paid WAY too much for both appliances and not happy that both are destined for the landfill instead of directing me on fixing either one.

I've purchased several pampered chef items over the years, and enjoyed them and the quality. More recently, purchased two non-stick skillets; not cheap. Within 6 months, the first skillet began to peel, despite following instructions for use and cleaning. Within a year, the second also began to peel. I reached out with an email to the company, I never heard back. Given the cost of the product, I expected more. Would not recommend the cookware.

I purchased a jar of Tamarind Paste and placed in in my pantry for a special dish. When I took it out and opened it, it was not sealed, dried paste all over the rim of the jar, and half of the paste was gone. It had obviously been opened and used before it was sold to me. I immediately threw it out for fear of contamination.
Be aware that there is not quality control over their food products whatsoever.

Pempered DELUX AIRFRYER, bitte beachtet das Gerät ist ein Wegwerfartikel für über 300 Euro. Der Hersteller bietet nach der Garantiezeit keine Reparatur an. Uns wurde mitgeteilt das das Gerät nicht repariert werden kann.

Bevor ich überhaupt den Airfryer benutzen konnte, musste ich die Aufkleber entfernen. Auf den gebürsteten Metall und auf der Tür. Warnhinweise müssen sein, sehe ich ein. Aber dafür gibt es schon leichte Möglichkeiten von Aufklebern. Wer stellt sich so ein teures Gerät hin mit Aufklebern. Nachdem ich sämtliche Hausmittel ausprobiert habe, habe ich es an der Tür gut weg bekommen, aber auf dem Metall hat es sehr lange gedauert. Es sind leider leichte Kratzer geblieben. Daher der massive Punktabzug. Ohne das ich das Gerät benutzt habe. Ich finde das unglaublich und bin enttäuscht.

Remember Longaberger Baskets? Quality, Woven Wood Baskets made in the USA in Dresden, Ohio? Well, Pampered Chef is well on their way to sharing the same fate as Longaberger. After Dave's death, sourcing was changed to overseas, China, and customers were never told until their much anticipated product arrived at their house with an American Craftsman shown on the box front and Made in China in small print on the back, all for the same Made in America price. Sound familiar? That's what you get now from Pampered Chef and the company will end up just like Longaberger with its white fence rotting and forgotten in Ohio fields and a Basket Shaped Corporate Headquarters abandoned and falling apart. Way to go management. Another great American Compamy wrecked by managers who never worked a real job in their life. I gave them a 2 because I still remember what they could have been.

I love most of PC products. I've had parties & have purchased items from different consultants. They were all great. The customer service seems helpful.

I love cooking with the stoneware. However, my THIRD pizza stone just cracked. This has happened THREE TIMES during normal use. I have not dropped any of them. They cracked from the oven heat (was cooking within the guidelines). The most recent cracked stone was a replacement for another cracked stone (they did not want to replace because it would be replacing another replacement). They finally replaced it. Used it one. It cracked WHILE COOLING ON THE STOVETOP AFTER cooking!! It was not cracked when I pulled it out of the oven & placed on the cooktop, but was cracked when I went to pull the pizza off after cooling 5-10 minutes later!! I had even cooked it 100 degrees less than the guidelines said was safe. There was no one else around that could have pulled a sneaky. I was alone.

I don't know what is going on with the PC pizza stones, but this should not be happening. I take very good care of my stoneware. This is very disheartening.

I have had two products break, in the last 3 months, while cooking. One was the Rockcrok and the other was the bar pan. No one with the company seems concerned with the quility of the products or bothers to return an email. I have sent emails with pictures to the consultant and the the company. Not impressed!

Wie kann ein Kundenservice so schlecht sein??? Meine Bestellung meiner Kochshow wurde 2x(!!) an die falsche Adresse geschickt. Beim ersten Mal hat mir der Kundenservice versprochen, dass es an die richtige Adresse versandt wird. Das stimmte natürlich nicht. Weder meine Bestellung, noch die meiner Gäste ist nach über 3 Wochen immer noch nicht angekommen. Das ist einfach ärgerlich und hätte alles nicht passieren dürfen. Auf einen Rabatt oder Gutschein als Entschädigung kommt natürlich auch niemand. Heute kam nun eine Bestellung an, aber nicht vollständig…. Ich bin so verärgert! So ein Inkompetenten Kundenservice hatte ich noch nie irgendwo erlebt. Die Produkte sind top, aber ich würde aufgrund des schlechten Services tatsächlich auf die Sachen verzichten.

Die Produkte sind echt toll. Ich habe mich lange gewehrt, aber jetzt sind Stoneware, Pfannen und AirFreyer im täglichen Gebrauch. Wenn man die Produkte richtig anwendet, Pfannen nicht überhitzt etc. hat man viel Freude, tolles Essen und Energieeinsparung obendrauf.

Totally fraud they did not ship and stuck my $20k.
