Orange chicken is dry, new steak is fatty, the walnut shrimp is soggy and I asked for an extra fortune cookie and it wasn't there. Worse experience ever especially since 1. the food arrived cold and 2. The restaurant is less than 1/4 of a mile away from me. Wasted money!!!

Excellent customer service from Ashley and delicious hot food! Will be back!

Reused foods! We purchased food tonite Monday 8-31-26 I asked if they could prepare more black pepper chicken rather than the crumbs leftover they said they wood however they gave hardly any chicken mostly celery chunks It was obviously old and stale as I am now having stomach pains! I’m not so not satisfied Watch how they put old food over newly prepared foods!

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely horrid experience. From the service (every single employee was RUDE) to the manager in Centerville, OH being nasty about me asking for extra sauce for their sweet fire chicken and her telling me they'd never give that out extra to anyone as the sauce is secret 🤔??? Makes ZERO SENSE when it's already ON IT! She was rude as well. The spring rolls AND crab rangoons came with ZERO dipping sauces so they sucked and the sweet fire chicken was so dry it was not even edible so I pitched it all. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The girl at the drive thru pick up window was. EXTREMELY rude at the Palatine location. No.manager on site to address the issue. I learned her name, but not posting it.

Mala calidad de comida, arroz sobrecalentado sin sabor, chow main mal sin sabor, brocoli beef la carne sobrerefrigerada, brocoli aguado, en total mala calidad de comida, creo que no se debe pedir en linea, te dan lo peor.

i love the food but the noodle bowl is filled half with vegetables like its vegatbles with a side of noodles without the chiken in it.

The food was absolutely the best ever I ordered beef n broccoli and it was fresh and amazingly delicious !!

I gave it a one because it is extremely unhealthy. They put way too much oil and other horrible things which caused me to get sick.

I ordered from Panda Express after not for several years. Now I recall why I haven’t. The beef dishes were dry and tough, the chow mein was tasteless and the Orange Chicken was acceptable. Overall not a pleasant experience.

I got the orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The chicken wasn’t bad but the beef was like jerky. And I got 75% beef and a smaller portion of chicken. Horrible meal.

My food is always good at the Caldwell location on Cleveland Blvd, however, I wish the online order receipts would print the store number on it so that I could claim my points. I ordered online 7/22/26 and my order number was 997156 for a total of $26.08 and my account is under my email. I hope that someone can help me with this

Wife picked up Panda Express Family Pack Meal in Gainesville Virginia on 7/17/2026 6:00 PM.
The Black Pepper Chicken tasted like Propane Gas/Natural Gas.
Most likely cause by too much excessive heat. Causing the flame to come over the side of the WOK. Trying to keep up with the demand of the evening customers.

Fried rice was sticky & flavorless

Horrendous!!! Poorly run and pathetic management. Ordered food that was fine, food sat unattended for 25 minutes no one to take my money. This was a Tuesday at 5:00. When we asked Elizabeth to ring us up she replied " Either you leave now or you wait. The line was out the door and only one employee was doing here job and the job of the other five standing around including the manager.

Went to the location on rainbow next to Walmart. We got a mixture of different things. The rice & noodles had no taste & was dry. Beilung beef was fried,died & laid beside,Mongolian beef we had more broccoli, orange chicken ok & spring rolls no taste. I would have brought it back but I received no ticket. It was the worse food I ever tasted. First n last time there. Then you try & call but get in touch with no one. I would love to bring the food back & get my money back but with no receipt oh well.

$16 to $17 pretty much for a small little box maybe you like 3 in what a shame greedy companies that don't deserve to be operating some of the good mom and pop stores went out of business and these idiots are left ain't that a shame
