Panda Express Avis 

At store 2142 there is a girl by the name of acháteme, that to charge me was very fast but when it come to gave me my family metal, she didn’t incluyes soy, teriyaki sauce, sweat and sour sauce that should it be included with the order I place. Socks because the box was close and just notice it when I was home…

I have to say, the Panda Express on LPGA Blvd in Daytona Beach has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
We sat in line for over 30 minutes, only to get to the window and not be served. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency. That’s completely unacceptable.
I understand businesses get busy, but customers deserve respect and basic communication. Waiting that long just to leave empty-handed is poor customer service and reflects badly on the entire operation.
Management seriously needs to step in, address the staffing and service issues, and make the necessary changes. No customer should have to go through an experience like this.

The celery pieces are hard and uneatable. Just cook longer. It's a filler and that's okay,but it's useless when not cooked properly!

I usually like panda express; however I gave it a weak 3 stars because of what I received. I absolutely love their black pepper Chicken, so this time I decided to go with black pepper steak. I got about 6 little nuggets on top of some noodles with a bunch of vegetables, but then I realized this must be "tarrif" black pepper steak...like the food we buy in the grocery stores. It seems that everything is high priced and low quality now; at least to me anyway. I'm still gonna eat there. I just won't be getting this again. It wasn't enough for me and I'm a tiny lady.

Panda Express has always been our go to for a quick inexpensive takeout Chinese meal . It's hot , flavorful and made with quality ingredients . It's not fancy dining but definitely a huge step up from the fast food chains in the area . Orders are plentiful and fresh . It's a big bang for the budget. Multiple locations in our area that makes it a convenient spot for a snack or meal. I've never been disappointed with the convenience of dining in or takeout, my preference is getting to go due to the crowds during peak hours of operation.

Everything was absolutely excellent
I went to the store on mae Ann in Reno nv. I will be going there a lot from now on.

To long wait times. After waiting 15 minutes in line. They did not have what we wanted, partial order, took another 20 minutes to get rest of meal ordered.
I let my wife order her meal, but I refuse to eat here again. Did not order anything.

Poor, do not quite understand if I'm willing to pay a panda bowl in a box. This is the only fast food restaurant that's gives me a hard time when it comes to separation of items. Yes I understand the portions will be the same as a panda bowl but when I have. Child with special needs it is challenging to get him to eat.
Panda it's not for the customers but to their own benefit.
When I asked the associate why the change ??? Or why was this not possible???
He seem more worried about the restaurant policies because they might think he is stealing, is sad the way this associate feels. Then yet panda is making money BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS and again I understand policies but this is ridiculous.
Other places seem to be happy to do so when asking please and letting them know why due to a child that has special needs.
Such a disappointment when they don't really carry their own values.

The orange chicken bowl that I ordered looked and tasted like it had just been reheated from a freezer bag. The vegetables in the fried rice were still frozen. Stick to the local Chinese restaurants. They will make the food in front of you and you will have more choices too.

The Panda app for some reason would not allow us to give details regarding the order – when it normally does. And the store did not pick up the phone after several calls so we could explain. We couldn't even cancel the order since the store would not pick up the phone. So we called corporate, request #2901223 . They also could not get in touch with the store. So corporate offered to give us a coupon code for a bowl. We didn't ask, they offered, which was kind since our order was going to be messed up. When the code didn't work, we called back and spent appox. another 30 minutes with the rep who tried to issue another code but it also did not work. So the rep asked management and was told to email us a bar code which we would have to bring into the store. When I got to the store, I wasn't confident that it would work due to the other codes failing so I asked the cashier to first scan it to see if it was good. She told me if it worked it would remove the item so she asked me to order the bowl first. When the bowl was plated, the code didn't work! I wasted time and gas going to the store for nothing. This is unacceptable and makes Panda lose credibility. Why did you change the app and make it less user friendly? My order was messed up and there was nothing done to make it right. I don't think I will visit Panda again.

Chicken was very faftty and gewy. Gross!

So sad PE no longer has the Apple eggrolls.
I have not had anything so good since McDonald used to have their hot apple pie and stopped making it the same. I was so thrilled that I just discovered it in the last year or a year and a half and then they discontinued it. 😩 everything came.
If it’s expensive to make make less and charge us more, I would’ve continued to get them!
Now that’s not the reason I gave two stars. I went to panda express in Omaha, Nebraska when I came through and gave my name ( which is complicated to say) to the girl for pick up.
She then proceeded to roll her eyes. She asked me again what my name was. I said it again and again she rolled her eyes. I had ordered it so I had to give my entire name.
She walked over to where the pup area was, which contained one bag. She then walked towards me and stated is your name used my first name in my last initial.? I stated yes, and she rode her eyes again and stated that you could’ve just said that? How would I know that they were going to put my name under my first name and my last initial in order to tell her that?
This was a young girl age girl probably late teen early 20s really pretty Asian girl

Rudest little uppity females ever refused to remake COLD FOOD because their system kicked out delivery order over to a pick up instead, I was never asked and I am livid that when we got their FOOD WAS EXTREMELY COLD! Not only this but the egg roll and wontons were soggy and gross! Will not be willing to ever go to the 45th street fargo location in North Dakota service was terrible the staff were extremely rude and did not include extra sauces that were requested no chop sticks no napkins and 2 fortune cookies a whopping 2!

I interviewed for a GM position here at this restaurant and if in future they happen to offer me this position there would be a lot of housekeeping going on because North Dakota if a right to fire state and frankly this whole crew should be let go the audacity of them is off the charts!

I visited the restaurant recently and the quality of food, chicken Fired rice was terrible .The food was so salty and I felt the rice was not well cooked ,
The service was not the best either because when I complained to the manager, his response was not positive either.

I really like going to Panda Express but I went yesterday and ordered the sweet fire chicken for me and orange chicken for my son. The chicken was so overcooked it was dried out and hard to chew. The people are always very nice who work there, but there are times vegetables arevunder cooked as well and too hard.

The food only! I do not appreciate being asked to donate to children funds every time I go through the drive-thru or visit the place. You've stolen enough money from customers it's time to cut it out now. I get right down nasty and rude with them when they asked me if I want to donate. I tell them hell no I'll donate to animals but not to humans. I don't care who they are. People shouldn't have kids if they can't take care of them.

DavisionSince I found panda express in Davision mi. I have been going every other day. potions are lg and its so AWSOME!!!! would love to see some cashew chicken or almond chicen sometime overall my favorite Ive ate for a month still not sick of it!!! GREAT FOOD and prices are way cheaper than mcdonalds or burger king any fast food.Davision mi is alot better than miller rd

The corporate customer care is excellent! There was a mistake when I made a large catering order, and the points did not get credited to my account. By the time I had realized the error, it was a day past the deadline to add the points after the fact. I contacted corporate customer care, and they very graciously credited my account with the points. Thank you Panda Express!
