Even though billing mistakes have been made, being charged twice for something I’ve already paid, the availability and quickness of staff to help solve these issues is great. All staff have been helpful and professional and provide immediate assistance.

I've been using Pandia for about 4 yrs now. Site is quick, easy, and user friendly. The best part of using this online system is you get notifications when your medication is due for a refill (to complete authorization forms), which is super helpful when you're busy. And, you'll keep getting reminders until you complete your forms (which is essential for my forgetful self). Medication ships quickly to your door which is super convenient. By far the easiest, cheapest, and fastest solution to getting birth control meds I've used in my life.

The staff is always so helpful and answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Any issues I've had have been resolved in a very professional manner. Everyone is always friendly, I spoke with Alex most recently and it's always pleasant. I get my medication on time and helpful reminders so I know when a shipment is due. Even after using their services for 2 years I've never had a bad experience.

Very helpful and efficient

I’ve had Pandia for about three years and have had maybe a one sentence conversation at max. I think I have some messages I sent out last year that never got answered so I had totally given up on getting any customer service, but now I’ve had quite a few people with constant communication with me. They’re definitely heading in the right direction, thank you Alex and Maria you’ve been so helpful I can’t thank you enough! Keep up the great work!

Kaye really went out of her way to make sure I got my birth control on time, as usual. If you're having a problem, like you are low on funds so you can't buy 3 packs at once, they'll work with you and let you get one or two packs instead. And priority shipping is always an option, too, which is great!
