Michelle she is one of the best employee in Panera … and very sweet person very helpful and kind ,,👌👌❤️ she’s located in 110 university places Eunice Square 14th St.

I have to agree with all negative reviewers. Charlotte NC and Matthews NC listen up. Meditteranean Sandwich is NOT as pictured nor what it used to be. Turkey and Cheddar also not as pictured nor what it used to be. Both sandwiches have alot less filling than they used to and are not worth the price paid. Panera staff are by and large unfriendly, unhappy and rude. Food is always a crap shoot- will I get a sandwich made by someone who cares? Who takes pride in their work? OR someone who hates working at Panera and takes it out on the customer? More likely the latter than the former. Inconsistency is a real repeat customer killer. An occasional black hair in the sandwich is, too. WHERE are the hair nets?? I'm sorry I purchased 100$ in gift cards- Panera is definitely the last place I want to get food from as they continue their downhill slide. Even their local "corporate" store is a joke.

I've been a huge fan of Panera's, until tonight. Idk what happened to the quality of the grilled chicken, but it was full of fat and disgusting. The portions are half of what they were about 6 months ago, but still the same price? What's up with that? Over $5. for a cup of mac and cheese almost as small as a prefilled ice cream cup. $9. for a bowl?
Sorry Panera, that's the last time we buy food from you.

In fairness, I do not go out to eat often. It's been a couple of years since last ate at Panera. Last night, it was $15 for a half grilled cheese and tomato soup with a small drink. The grilled cheese was processed cheese and was on stale bread (not toasted). The soup was very hot and tasted burnt. The hard roll was OK.
Seriously, what happened? Panera has always been pricey. The quality was excellent in the past. Now, it's expensive and disgusting.

Not the greatest fan, as I’ve worked at this location for now just over 5years, and STILL to this day they only have me as a dish washer. Pretty pathetic well on my part. As to PB is extremely lucky with myself being a permanently disabled citizen here of USA, & very well the ONLY reason they keep me on payroll. Just for a Foul Tax Credit……#PrayersNeeded…:)

We frequent Panera Bread in Exton, PA on a regular basis. Our last two visits have been very disappointing. The quality of the Broccoli Cheddar Soup is poor, barely warm, with mostly broth and small shards of vegetables. The large size bowls were barely half filled. We did voice our concern during our last visit.

Why does't Panera Corporate listen to the mass poor reviews it's restaurants are garnering? Their menu is great, but the food preparation and service is surely lacking! Waverly NC location is always dirty, very rude unhelpful register worker's, especially at the bakery counter. They beed to get trained by those at Chick Fil-A

Will not be going to panera again. It was $32 for my a half of a salad..and order of mac and cheese and 2 drinks. Absolutely ridiculous! We could have went to olive garden and had UNLIMITED soup and salad for less or about the same. Come on panera. Your prices are too high.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup was watery, no trace of cream. My sandwich was dry and seemingly thrown together. I used to love their broccoli cheddar soup. That’s my last visit.

Note this is regarding an order from the Fairfield, CA location on 12/13/2025. I ordered 2 bagels and 2 breakfast sandwiches on the app. The app said my order was ready. I went in to the store, and the monitor in store also said my order was ready. At the pickup counter, they said they were still cooking an item and needed 5 more minutes. About 8-10 mins later they called my name. I went to the counter expecting my food, and they said they did not have Asiago bagels (three of my 4 items), and asked if I wanted a different bagel. I said no. They went and checked with the manager about a refund, came back and told me to go to the front for a refund. I said okay, can you give me the sandwiches you cooked? He said oh we didn’t cook it because we don’t have the Asiago bagels. I said do you have the steak sandwich ready that is on ciabatta? He said no they didn’t cook anything because they didn’t have the Asiago bagels. [What have I been waiting 10 mins for???] I went to the front and they wanted my card. I said I paid through the app (I didn’t bring in my purse). She said to tap the payment device. I did and she processed the refund for $22.10, however I paid $23.50. She asked me to show her the order. I could not find in the app where it shows the order detail. She went back to her manager and returned and said they refunded what the items cost. I tried finding the order detail but couldn’t. I had already showed her the screen with the credit card charge list, and it seemed clear this was going to be arduous, so I thought I could submit a problem in the app. Later I looked at the pieces of receipt paper this woman behind the register gave me. Right on the paper receipts they gave me the order detail listed 23.50 on it!! This is ridiculous! One of the worst retail experiences I have had.

I then contacted customer service and instead of refunding me the money owed to me they posted a $5 credit to my Panera account. Not acceptable. This Fairfield store should not get that money AND I won’t be coming back at least until their staff turns over and the ratings show a better experience.

I am owed a refund of $1.40 and I would like that tangible money back. Not a discount. What a racket!! They got a tip for absolutely nothing and I’m out money. Albeit not much, but it’s the point.

This has become a scam. Do not eat here. they are just scamming people left and right. The images are for delicious generous sandwiches they will give you just bread. It's ridiculous.

Shutdown the store in Lathrup Village, MI!! Women on their phones while handling food, hair down their backs (no hair nets), I was the only car in the drive in and they still got it wrong… and I waited and waited for an apology on the wait!

Totally unprofessional and this is not an issue of not having enough people to work!! This was an issue of laziness and a failure to service professionally

I ordered French dip sandwich and onion soup my sandwich had a strange taste to the roast beef and the bread was the hardest toughest bread I've ever tried to eat thank goodness it came with the French dip nevertheless I still couldn't eat the crust of the bread it was so hard. My French onion soup had no croutons and no cheese in it and that's my favorite part of the soup a total disappointment the brownie was good but it was $4 so it should have been good the rest of the meal was definitely not worth the money I think I could have gotten better food at McDonald's. Very disappointing.

Cafe #: 202600. McDonough GA. Worst place to eat EVER. They expect a tip prior to any service, the food was not "hot" but barely warm, the soup was cool to eat, and the sweet tea tasted like sewer water was used. For the price of $50 we ordered 2 whole sandwiches and two bowls of what they called soup. French onion tasted like thick beef broth, with cooked onions drop in prior to serving and stale croutons and cheese that couldn't melt due to temperature. Nothing, and I mean nothing will ever get me back into this restaurant again. Wife said her squash soup was good but not hot nor was her sandwich. Overall, absolutely horrible in every area of to warrant a return.

Tuna sandwich was literally 2 bites with more lettuce than tuna on stale hard crust bread. The cream of wild rice glob of thick soup was awful. Baguette is as hard as a rock. I asked for an apple. Sold out.

Next day new chicken (tasted old and funny) salad had a weird taste. I ate the feta cheese and nuts. Threw the rest away. Cost is outrageous and portion are cut in half.

There are no long lines anymore. I can see why. Im done with PANERA. You used to be my favorite go to for a healthy reasonably priced meal. Now I need a payment book.

Its sad.

Every morning my first stop is at PANERA BREAD in Montclair.

And Carmen is the one who serves me; she always recognizes my name, greets me with a smile, tells me about the specials, and reminds me if I have any rewards. She's very helpful and makes sure everything is running smoothly during her shift, that nothing is missing; if I'm missing something, she takes care of it quickly.
It's wonderful to know that there are special people who go out of their way to make our day a good one.

The Autumn squash soup was terrible
Overly sweet and thick like pudding

Food portions were terrible, no baguettes, super expensive for 3 meals, food and coffee warm at best, terrible service. Will not go again
