Terrible management, they always run out of product at dinner time, extremely long way times

Today was my first time ever having Pantera Bread and I went to our local store here Cafe number 204-953 at 1190 East Oglethorpe highway Hinesville Georgia. And the service was absolutely phenomenal it was the best service the most fast and friendliest service I've received at any restaurant the food was absolutely delicious loved it. The medium size drink is too small for the price you charge though but everything else your staff your service your food was absolutely phenomenal delicious do better with the drinks though. Thank you.

I order for delivery thru DoorDash. My ordered is exactly like I ordered it. I always ask for tomatoes on my sandwich, and it is delivered this way. My Panera is in Citrus Heights, and never had a problem within House ordering or for delivery. I find when eating in house, tables are always clean and ready for a new customer to enjoy their meal. Staff is always friendly when buying in house.

This problem is so simple to solve and proves that the boys in the ivory tower don’t actually walk into their own stores!!!!!!!
Every time to go for coffee…LET ME REPEAT…EVERYTIME I go for coffee at Panera, the half and half container is BONE DRY. Ivory Tower Boys, PLEASE GET A CONTAINER JUST LIKE THE COFFEE CONTAINERS FOR HALF&HALF!!!!! I’m sure one exists on this planet for cold liquids….if not, get the coffee container manufacturer to create and supply one to keep your business!!!!! PROBLEM SOLVED. and by the way, THINK!, how likely is it that I buy food from you when you thoroughly have PISSED ME OFF WITHIN 2 MINUTES OF ME WALKING IN YOUR DOORS????? NEVER!!!!

Tuesday March 3, 2026 I placed a to go order at The Panera on 4th Street in St Petersburg Florida. As I was waiting on my TO GO order to be finished, I was standing next to the pick up area for orders to go.
I saw a man standing there who was a Door dash delivery driver, he looked frustrated and I said there is an order here on the shelf, could it be the one you are waiting on?

The manager told ME I should mind my own business
I stated I was waiting on my order to go and was trying to help him
She stated to me in a rough tone, please stand back from this area, I stated it was in the waiting area waiting on my to go order
She grabbed my bag, threw it on the counter and said here is your order now go
I stated wow you must be the mean manager I have encountered you 3 times before, and you have been NASTY to me each time. And I have talked to ex employees who left Panera because of you. I have been a PANERA member for 20 years. I have never been treated this way before at a Panera.
This behaviour was uncalled for. And I will write this review and post it everywhere. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Life is rough enough these days to have to be treated like this. I am shocked PANERA would have such an employee working for them. Let alone as a manager. DO BETTER PANERA.

I had a great experience at the Matteson Il location.
Staff Gabby was so helpful. She always has the pastry presented in an inviting manner.
She has a great work ethic and is always pleasant. I’m glad that she is a a part of my stores team.

So I stopped on the turnpike to get something to eat and decided to go with Panera bread because it was different and I've never had it before so I had a lot of questions The gentleman was nice however he did have his headphones in so he couldn't hear me the whole time he had to keep turning his music down. I asked for a mocha latte frozen and he said he didn't have that so suggested I buy a frozen hot chocolate and pu extra shots of espresso in it. End up costing me a fortune. I ordered the pick two; a cup of soup and a cup of mac and cheese I asked if bread came with the tomato soup and he said yes it came with one pc of bread and I asked, may I have two? and he said sure. well I went to use the ladies room when I came back he handed me my drink which was great by the way although still it should have been a mocha it's the same thing but cost way more and then I went over to the counter and grabbed my bag and by the way my order came to $20.65 and the cup of soup that I had wasn't even full. The mac and cheese was not full. I got a very little amount of croutons and no baguettes at all, whatsoever they gave me a bag of hard chips so no bread to dip into my soup which that's why I got tomato soup I was very disappointed and I can't believe I spent that amount of money and I'm still hungry

This is one the rudest restaurants I have ever been in .I will never step foot in ever again

Panera Bread I believe half bakes their bread and then ships it to the local store. The quality and taste have disappeared. Uncooked croissant roll. The items that go inside the sandwich are still good, but the bread wrecks the entire sandwich. They have lost me as a customer.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, and the woman taking my order seemed confused. It's the second time I've had contact with her, and she isn't with it. I received one sandwich. The Chiabarta steak sandwich was light on meat, onions, and cheese. Very disappointing

I ordered online from Panera for my husband and me. When we started eating, the sandwiches were very small and my husband’s turkey sandwich had no turkey:/ The food was poor quality for the exorbitant price and portion. We will not order from there again.

While visiting the Panera Bread in Homestead Fl. on 9th Court, yesterday, I saw a worker cleaning the FLOOR near the cash register, so I decided that I would wait it out until someone else showed up to take my order, because I’m always cautious about people taking my order. Then the dreaded moment came when she put her cleaning equipment down, asked if she could help me, to which I replied “uuhhh, eerrr, I usually like it when people who are cleaning floors etc wash their hands prior to serving me”, to which she replied (after an awkward) pause “oh, no, I won’t serve your food items or handle them, I’ll just take your order and someone else will give it to you”…….I said okay. She then proceeded to take my order, and then moments later, handed me my order ‼️why am I confused???

I put in an order got a email saying it was ready for pickup I was devastated because I ordered it for delivery or so I thought I called them told the man who answered what happened he was so nice said he would take care of it 15 mins later I had my lunch I would not been able to pick this up an it was so good French onion soup an tuna sandwich I cant thank him enough

So disappointed with Panera Bread, Jacksonville, NC now and I am a long-time patron! Last night, spent over $31 purchasing 2 each "You Pick2" meals where you get 1/2 of a sandwich and either a CUP or BOWL of soup of your choice. Before I left the area, I checked our food only to discover that I received a 1/2 cup of soup and not a full cup. When I return to the restaurant to show them, the restaurant employee advised me they were instructed to only fill the soup cups at the line shown inside the cups. Then this is truly FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The menu board shows you get a CUP of soup, but actually you only get 1/2 cup now while the prices have increased! Plan to report to the NC Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Protection Office.

We stopped at Panera's in West Des Moines. We purchased a bowl of soup a Greek Salad and two sandwiches the bread on both sandwiches was so dry that the bread was falling apart. They were completely different sandwiches on two different kind of bread. But both breads were extremely dry. Was disappointed in the bread quality. The person that took our order was not personable at all. She did not offer assistance on our orders.

I have been a big fan of Panera Bread Cafes, but visiting at the Cafe in Conyers, GA today has given me pause in my past experiences at Panera. The service was poor from the guy at the front to watching those prepare the food. No initial greeting, no hairnets worn by those preparing the food, tables not cleaned off after each customer, all the coffees offered were cold, the hot water for tea drinkers was not hot. Please Panera headquarters check on the cafes that have your name, offer advice and serious training that buy into Panera and follow up on those cafes. If they do not maintain high standards do something to turn those cafes around. Many are lowering the opinion of Panera customers. I loved eating at Panera in the past in various states, but reading the reviews in GA and other states you have a serious problem. Main office, HELP your company raise the quality of your restaurants.

Kat at Panera, Abilene Texas is a ⭐️ ⭐️!! She always goes out of her way to make it a pleasant experience for consumers. Great food, great service.

Dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom
