Panera Bread Avis 

This store location in Farmingdale NY always forgets to add the other portion on the food that’s on order which is ridiculous for how much they cost. Get it together.

Gave me the wrong drink, which I didn’t really mind. I thought it was good, it tasted like kombucha but without some kind of end note. It was a bit fizzy and I was confused on whether the drink was meant to be carbonated and had just become flat. Turns out it was fermented. I like kombucha, so I drank almost the whole thing before I had googled if it was supposed to be fizzy or not. If you were to eat a pomegranate seed that has begun to ferment that’s exactly what the drink tasted like. This was the sunset dragonfruit refresher (or it was supposed to be).

I wish the restaurants were cleaner, but otherwise a decent option.

Bought a package of chicken soup. Before the expiration date, the soup bloated so much, the plastic covering popped of the top leaving the clear plastic covering rounded. Had to toss it out. Looked funky.

The Bacon Double Take was a sad dry experience. Just a sprinkling of bacon dry stuff bread and I'm not to sure that's a real egg under the bread. I'm sure it's not the friendly kitchen staff as they probably are subjected to the their corporate overlords demands and restraints. I feel I need to find another place. I'll try Bob Evans across the street next time as the customer base that frequent there is entertaining to watch. The owners and stockholders just do not care about their once loyal customers. G'bye. Or as Wet Leg would sing Get Lost For Ever.

I wish i could give them no Star! Delivery driver took my food and dropped it off at a Hotel across town and I called and told him he was at the wrong place. He seriously questioned where I was......I told him I was at the address he just said and then he finally went in the wrong place and retrieved my food. When it was delivered Panera forgot my sandwich and chips! I called the driver and he said it was my problem. I called the store and they told me i had to come pick it up...I had it delivered because I was at work and cant leave. They said they were going to refund me just for the sandwich. What about the delivery fees and tips and over an hour wait and I still didnt get to eat lunch!!Panera and the driver ruined my day

The refresher was so good I turned gay, made me want to violently freak a dude. Shit was actually making me question my sexualaity but it was actually good asf, bread was mid tho, shit made me straight again. Love it here tho

Today I stopped in for lunch. It was met with great service in the clean environment. Very happy and will be coming back soon.

Food is delicious but 15 min wait in the drive thru for a pick up order placed in advance was a little nutty.

20 minutes behind one customer. Hire more people or whatever you need to do but your Carmel location sucks. The kid working the window. Was clueless. I had to wait for my drink even after the wait. Get it together or just close

I spent $70 on an order. They sold me a salad with no salad mix inside of the salad. It had one piece of lettuce. I’m going to Schnucks now to buy some lettuce. Everything was subpar the sandwich toppings were very small very very disappointed will not go back bread Company in Arnold, Missouri.

Recently, we went to Panera store#601480 in Phillipsburg,NJ. Hubby's order was good but my pick 2 order of half a cranberrry chicken salad sandwich and fuji apple salad was terrible. The sandwich wasn't even a half sandwich,more like a third. the fuji apple salad had carrots covered with hot pepper,(am allergic to carrots)
2 avocado slices, some squished cherry tomatoes 2 small cucumber slices,old lettuce

We went in at 8:30 AM in Broomall,Pa for breakfast and ordered 2 bacon frittatas...told they only had 1 so we ordered one broccoli and cheese. They were handed to us cold. These are flatter than a pancake and had to be scraped off the bottom of the small fluted cardboard container with a spoon. If you are hungry do not get this. It is very small (and pricey)....not at all like the picture. I always liked Panera but will stick to the sandwiches,salads and soups.

Where do i begin? Adams Street location in Brooklyn. Over one hour wait for the food. Staff ignoring your concerns. They behave like animals. I really hope they close this location.

Where to start? Hermitage PA location is a disgrace. Not sure who owns this location but I can guarantee this is not a company store but a franchise. Rude, crude terrible service paired with ridiculous wait time and horrific quality food. Enjoy your time there because days are numbered

Well this was our second time in a month that we went Panera Bread in Ithaca NY and did not get what we order for a take out. Did nothing did not call. Things can happen. We'll yesterday 09/12/2027. Order 2 bowls. One Carnitas Elote Market, had no rice at all just lettuce. Husband very upset did not order a salad order a bowl. I order Sesame Ginger chicken market bowl. The broccoli is suppose to be grilled it was raw and very hard. This place use to be my favorite place to go but I will think twice before I go back. Would have gone back but 25 minutes away. Not worth the gas used.

Today in Smithfield NC we wait for five minutes on window for a baguette. It was broken in half and not well done bake. Horri le baguettes, horrible all the time. Not fresh at all.

The soup,cookies & all dough is premade and shipped in a plastic bag. Its all overpriced junk.

Its always gross,nasty and filthy too!
