When they rent your meeting, space they don’t pay their bills!

Lexington sc panera was awful customer service. Very rude older lady taking my families order, she made smart comments. Just because you have a bad day, do not take it out on us for asking simple questions.

The managers are indifferent. I had a small poster with adoptable dogs at the Carroll County Humane Society non-profit and they refused to hang it on their bulletin board. Their only response was because it didn’t fit their standards. I asked exactly does that mean and was told that’s it. But they will post a strawberry festival, church fundraiser and information on helping people in need.

I used to consider Panera dark roast as a fine coffee. I would go out of my way to find a Panera if need be.

Although so much of the Panera experience has changed for the worst. I am still hopeful that I can get that great cup of brew there. However, this morning I stopped in at the Gold Rd., Panera in Kalamazoo Michigan, and grabbed a dark roast to go. It is undrinkable I can taste the mineral buildup of an old brewing system. And the strength of the coffee coffee certainly is not bold.

The deliberate decline of Panera is sad indeed. They have taken what was once a neighborhood delight and turned it into a cold and impersonal money grab. I don’t know how long they can ride the reputation of 10 years past

First the good, we, my wife and I have always in the past enjoyed a trip to Panera. Always thought it was a little overpriced, a little. This trip, I got the split chicken salad sandwich and cream of tomato soup, my wife got the chicken wild rice, and an Asian chicken salad. We each got a baguette. My wife’s salad was good, enough to order it again. Her soup was average at best. Now mine, My cream of tomato couldn’t match a Campbell’s tomato bisque, not even close. I buttered my baguette and took a bite, next, it was so hard it chipped a piece of a tooth off, unbelievable. My sandwich, it looked like they took an ice cream scoop, put one dip in the middle of the sandwich and let the rest bare, the chicken salad tasted fine, but it wasn’t a good trip out with the price we paid. I would say Panera needs to quickly make some changes in this market or they won’t be competing for a share for very long. We didn’t say a word at the restaurant, it probably has little to do with them, they were fine at taking our order, and the kitchen was fine in getting the food to us in a timely manner. This is the first time in my 69 years I have ever written a review, I did it with the hope that management would act, if not, we won’t be returning, you just didn’t hit the mark.

What did they do to the sugar cookies? They are absolutely horrible. I always looked forward to them. Now I will never get them again. What were they thinking? Trying to cheap out?

Went to Store # 601342 in Sarasota FL. Waited for 15minutes for someone to arrive at the counter to take my order. Ordered Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Takeout. On arrival at my destination opened it up and there was not one speck of chicken in the salad. But there was a piece of a roll so hard I could not begin to eat it. Fed it to my dog and listened to him crunch it up. When I tried calling the store the phone rang over 20 times. No answer. Called customer service and tried to speak to someone, and spoke to a person in some foreign country that I could not understand. I know it is difficult to get good help today. But it's also difficult to keep customers patronizing your restaurant. Next time will go to one of your competitors to spend my money. $12.62 believe it or not.

I went today and spent $25 on six pastries. It was Mother’s Day and it was for afternoon coffee. I should’ve just gotten what I needed at Walmart. Chocolate croissant was hard as a rock and that’s including the chocolate that’s on the inside. The same for the cinnamon roll and the almond pastries don’t waste your money.

Ordered Breakfast on line stated would be ready at 11:08AM went to pickup order did not go through and was told it was now after 11:00AM and Breakfast could not be ordered. Not just poor customer service but non existent!

Order the French onion soup in the bread bowl I haven’t had their soup in a long while I was looking forward to the soup. The recipe has changed and it’s awful. It’s totally awful.

I was running late to get home and cook for my children and so I stopped by Panera bread to grub dinner. Took forever to bring my order out after I was asked to park by Pick up area. Once I got home, the Corn Chowder soup sold to me was nothing like corn chowder soup, mushy like a baby food and did not look fresh at all. Phone call made to the store and spoke to the " Manager" who pretty much said it probably gotten thicker since its at the end of the day and how sorry she was. she asked what she can do to help. Instead of offering a replacement or a refund. Next time, if your product doesn't meet its standards, please tell customers your out rather than sell them something that's not worth spending $ for and you provide them with options to make sure its a win-win situation.

The worst sandwiches, spit in out , thought in trash, would not feed it to my dogs!!

They took away the broccoli artichoke souffle they stopped grilling the lunch sandwiches they took away the frying bread nothing tastes the same there's not a big selection like there used to be Panera will go out of business soon unfortunately miss the old Panera

Just tried the new salad stuffer at Panera. While the taste combo was appetizing, the portion size was very small for the price. I felt a bit cheated after dropping close to $15 inclusive of tax and still hungry.

On 4-26-26@ 11:04 went store #202541 6410 SW 3rd Okc, 73128 So I went thru drive thru bought (1) chicken salad sandwich $11.94 so I get home it's loaded with lettuce on both sides of bread and 6 tomatoes and I believe 2 tablespoons of chicken salad that is RIDICULOUS Its now 12:21 and I'm hungry already I'm so angry that I would spend that much money on myself and my lunch was horrible I'll just make my own.....

Paneral is destroying themselves by replacing real chickent with processed lunch meat in their salads and sandwiches. I felt sick after eating one of their salads. Awful, I was a consisten customer for many many years now no longer will I go while their chicken is processed.

The food is not worth the money. You can get better at McDonalds or Burger King. Aweful

They ran out of bread to make sandwiches at 1:30pm and gave me a bowl of lettuce instead of my sandwich. When I asked for refund they got upset and said I could keep the salad, however I did not order a salad I order a sandwich with chicken and did not want the salad.
