Panera Bread Avis 

I am now boycotting Panera Bread. They quit carrying poppyseed salad in the summer due to being too lazy to cut up fresh strawberries. Now I order from Jason's Deli instead.

I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread, 200 S State Rd 434 #1071, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Maria is truly one of the best managers in town - professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to great service. She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and attention to customers.
A special thank-you as well to Jada, who did an amazing job with the veggie special this Sunday morning. She made my wife’s with avocado, and mine spicy, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything was prepared so well, and you could really tell the care and effort she put into making our food just right.
We really appreciated the excellent service and the quality of the meal. Kudos to Maria and Jada for doing such a fantastic job. I highly recommend this Panera location.

For years we used to go to Panera Bread. Looks like their consultants advised them to save money on stoping making panini. Its a terrible move to stop making something that made the brand popular. We now only go there occasionally.

Today is Father’s Day and our daughter ordered lunch for us from Panera Bread in Sugar Land TX. What was a great disappointment was that when we opened the bad only to realize it that 1/2 of the bread is broken and unwrapped looks like a leftover from someone!
We have been in Sugar Land for a longtime and used to love this place. We’ll never order anything from them again.

The sesame chicken bowl is sooo good. The dressing and vegetables are fresh and flavorful. I advise not adding shrimp, it is very tough and rubbery.

Bread went down hill . Beagles are doughy and not good . And it’s all stores not just one . Managers don’t wear hairnets, but they deal with food all day long. Most of all the the bread, bagels and pastries are not being made properly and taste awful.

The service at Panera Bread is excellent. The food taste wonderful and the customer service is always friendly . I will eat here often and refer this restaurant to my friends and family .

Staff is extremely rude. They never had iced coffee made ever

This place on State Bridge close to HomeDepot used to be clean and reasonably priced. Now, it is not worth eating in as there is no consistency in the size of plates or coffee volume. Also, the music is so loud, which disturbs us customers. We come to do some work and we are not able to concentrate. This German company must do better.

Shout out to my all-time favorite Panera Bread employee, Amy, manager of Panera Bread, Dobbin Shopping Center, Columbia, Maryland. She's the perfect example of what all managers should strive at being. At any given time, she can be seen providing excellent customer service, preparing what needs to be prepared, cleaning what needs to be cleaned, and basically teaching her staff by doing it all with a total sense of pride in the doing. The results of her efforts are food served fresh and presented as advertised, a pleasing environment to have a meal and socialize with friends, and staff members interacting with others as if the work is more than just a job. Great going, Amy.

These bagels were over baked and over toasted i called and the manager said that the bagels were a little dark today and said that I could come get blueberry bagels or another flavor but I wanted cinema crunch bagels didn't offer me anything extra special for my time. Yeah, no for accommodating me for the messed up or not, even the mess up for the just just downright, just horrible customer service, she said I could come in and get $5.99 worth of credit for. Bagels, and what about my gas money? What about my time? What about all of that? And the nerve for her to say the bagels are a little dark today, a little dark is a understatement.

I went, I asked for soft bread for my mom because she have an surgery and can’t eat hard stuff, they just gave excuses, I try to explain that we have already come before and asked for the same and they gave us soft bread, Andy, do better.

Panera has taken away their avocado whites spinach. What a disappointing plus they also removed spinach from their passion green smoothie. Panera has doubled the prices and has removed ingredients

My wife was banned from locally-owned Covelli franchises for making complaints to the Panera customer service telephone line. We had been going to this Panera Bread location for 21 years. We've noticed the tense atmosphere from the employees when the current GM is working. The company is skimping on food and we have photo documentation. The quality of bagels have reduced so badly, we had stopped buying them.

We ordered the souffles. They were not good. I think they must have been sitting out for too long. The coffee is not as good as I remember it. I was very excited to come to Panera because the breakfast souffle used to be a favorite. The lady at the counter was also unhappy and rude. She made us stand and watch her work on her handheld devise for approximately 5 minutes before she would take our order. I will not be going to Panera any more.

A well made order at station inside ordered said grab pager 1st there was none then stood at counter no one there 2 people walk by said nothing some people r busy do not have time for this sorry but customer service horrible this is is at Suffern my location !

The food is of very low quality—it's a piece of shit.

Why would you stuff your hard bread with salad. That isn't a good concept. If your bread was soft then yes but it isn't. I don't even like your hard bread with my soup.

I have been going to Panera Bread for a long time. However, today, as I ordered coffees and pastries, when the order was ready, they advised us that two items that were featured on the menu are not available. This is not the first time this is happening. It took a long time for the manager to come and explain this issue to us.
Very disappointing!!!

The food is great but the customer service sucks. We walked in and there was an employee cutting bread, she said nothing to us and she was 5 feet from us. When we got to the table it was dirty and sticky. I usually have good experiences here in Georgetown, but not today.
