Site was easy to navigate, I did try the chat live option but it would not load. Luckily after a couple thorough readings of the product information I was able to get the information I was needing.

Poor customer service. They did not do what they said they were going to do. Constantly had to reach out to them when they said they would call or email me. They have definitely lost me as a customer for life.
