To understand this center, you need to go there and experience it completely. I can say that I don't regret the one I preferred, the interest and relevance are exactly the same until the 365 days of the first day I went. When you go here, you don't tell your problems, they solve them directly. Also, if you want a natural look, you won't find another place here. No one understands the hair I transplanted unless I say it. Today, I went for prp, despite the 1 year that has passed, the attention of the first day made me feel completely valuable. What a awesome experience!!! Two years ago, my hair was very bad, I was losing my hair badly and I went to Panorama Hair Turkey to have a hair transplant. I had concerns at first, but they took care of me so well throughout the whole process that we followed my hair growth process together. Right now my self-confidence is back with my hair and I'm very happy with the result.

I have agreed to do a hair transplant with this small clinic for $1500.
When I got to istanbul, no driver was waiting for us. My mum and I had to wait in the street for about 20 mins dealing with someone I did not feel comfortable with, as he looked like a gangster. When I told him we were gonna take Uber, he said wait i will call someone for you. Then he said 5 mins and the car will be here.

I was very disappointed and mad. I expected the driver will be waiting for us when we get to istanbul airport.

When i informed the sales rep about this experience, she could not even say sorry. Instead of that, she made me more disappointed and said we booked another 4 star hotel for you as the hotel we agreed on is fully booked.

I was mad, but I asked her to consider this inconvenience and reduce the cost of the operation as they did not book a 5-star hotel as we previously agreed.

She rudely and carelessly said in the same moment the doctor decided to cancel your operation.

After I booked flight tickets and traveled. She canceled my operation with no consideration to anything.

Imagine two days later, she contacted me asking for $50 for the airport transportation

Wallah, how unprofessional they are! I believe this is incredibly rude to cancel my operation and even refuse to say sorry for unexpected low quality service.

If I had time, i would definitely sue them.

I came all the way from Canada. From the time I landed Istanbul I was taken good care from vip airport transfers, 5 star hotel, transfer from hotel to clinic and back to hotel. Someone was there with me all the time making sure I had no problems. Was given an interpreter who was very helpful. Doctor was good and their whole team made sure I have a good experience. I was also given medicines, shampoo and foam after the surgery. Will highly recommend anyone who is thinking to get hair transplant they should do it with panorama hair clinic. Thanks to the whole team of panorama for a wonderful experience.
