My order got lost and I never received it

Everything was satisfactory.

All of the shirts were of good quality and I am happy with them. Pantheon is great for people who are interested in history, Paganism and graphics. They even made a mistake with my order and instead of asking for the shirt back they gave me another shirt with the right size for free!!! 😄

The image design is durable in the wash. The character designs are dynamic and fantastic. I found my favorite deities - Inanna and Quetzalcoatl - in the catalog. However, I would like to see shirt prints with the large image on the front rather than just a “breast pocket” sized image.

Shirts are high quality and very cool looking!

The only helpful words i can give you is that Shopify was out of sync with my order being shipped and arriving by 2 weeks, but everything else was stellar. I would definitely be open for a larger print option to purchase.

I only received one of the two items, I have ordered. I've tried contacting them twice via their email but haven't gotten a reply back yet.

Cool and comfortable hoodie that helps keep me warm in the cold pretty well.

Even though there was a clerical error; I contacted support and within a few days they got back to me. I very much appreciate their help with my problem even though I was not the best at explaining what happened.

Good quality shirts and print. Only downside is the shipping and completion of the order took close to a month.

It was supposed to be printed on the back also. Neither was.

I am happy with the product it is in good condition and the image doesn't fade when washing. It arrived in good condition and quality. There is nothing wrong with the shirt and it is easy to clean.

The t shirts were initially sent to the wrong address, but when this was reported it was immediately put right and they were re-delivered promptly. Plus the T shirts are very cool indeed.

They sent me tracking info June 30th and it was never updating. Called DHL they never got the package. Tracking # now no longer exists. Stated they would send replacement and provide shipping info. Been almost 6 days and nothing no update. Ready to file BBB complaint. It's been a month and spent a lot of money on a t-shirt.
