Second hand clothes??
Bought some Tommy Hilfiger pyjama tops large and the neck is so wide it could fit three of my heads in it. It's as if it's already been stretched and then some like a secondhand clothing item. They definitely don't mention selling second hand clothes but I doubt it could be anything else.

We're very sorry to hear that your t-shirt arrived with a defect at the neck, this is certainly not the quality we expect.
Please rest assured that all our products are brand new and sourced directly from the brand. We will be forwarding the image you provided to them for further investigation, as this is highly unusual.
As this item is now out of stock, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement. However, we have processed a full refund for you, which should appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

Very poor
Very poor. Ordered 15 pairs of Calvin Klein boxer briefs, waited for delivery between 3-5 working days, but 2 weeks later I was told that there was none in stock, and refund would be provided.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive as expected.
After you contacted us on Tuesday, 14th January, we immediately investigated the issue with the courier and discovered that the package had unfortunately been lost in transit. We reached out to you promptly to offer a replacement or a full refund. At that time, the item was in stock; however, by the time we received your reply, the item had gone out of stock, so we issued a full refund straight away.
We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for any misunderstanding regarding the timeline. You contacted us on Tuesday, 14th January, and we responded to you the following day, on Wednesday, 15th January. As such, we’re unsure why you’ve mentioned having no communication for over a week. However, we regret if this situation left you feeling dissatisfied.
