I ordered a loungewear and upon receipt of the order I observed it didn’t have pockets. I was told I could not return the item because the item was opened. Makes no sense, how else would I know if an ordered item is appropriate if I do not open the package????
Clearly not an organization serious about retail business.

Appalling customer service
I ordered briefs after being offered a discount for my email address. The discount appeared in my email after I'd ordered the goods and paid the higher price. I attempted to cancel the order but 3 days later my email remains unanswered and the items are now on the way.
I use tracker email addresses but this company somehow managed to obtain another company's email and change it. I no longer trust them an inch.
