I’ve ordered something from u and he…
I’ve ordered something from u and he supposed to be here last week on Saturday but they said there was no address on the package which is wrong cuz I have it on my receipt

Hi Rhian, Jenna here - Sorry you've had this issue with us!
We can see from Evri's tracking that the item was dispatched from our facility but then the tracking stops - there are no further updates.
We've investigated with Evri and they've confirmed that the item is most likely lost.
We've now gone ahead and refunded you in full.
Sorry again for the disappointment! Evri have been really good for us and it's always frustrating when an error creeps in like this.
We've also sent you a unique discount code for any future purchase, as a gesture of goodwill.

If you even think of opening your t shirt- you cannot return it!
This is an appalling company who won’t let you return a tshirt if you’ve opened the package. How are you meant to find out if the item fits or is damaged if you can’t open it? And if it’s unsuitable but you’ve opened it you cannot return it. This is a pathetic, unreasonable and appalling “policy” to have, and violates trading standards.
