À propos de PAOLITA
Écrit par l'entreprise
At its core, Paolita is a brand ushered by both an insatiable desire to travel the world and an absolute necessity to look effortlessly chic while doing so.
The brand takes inspiration from the multicultural buzz of London, the laid-back lifestyle of Greece where Anna-Paola grew up, and the warmth and spirit of South America.
Each of our prints is meticulously hand-drawn at our studio over many months and printed onto our fabrics. The shapes and styles of the swim and resort wear are designed to be flattering, sophisticated and timeless. Items that women can wear and love for years to come.
Over the years, Paolita has developed a loyal following of women looking for something completely unique, where the artistry that is integral to this brand shines through. With each new collection there is a changing story, a different creative vision and since no patterns are ever repeated, a dazzling new selection of prints.
The brand has become synonymous with print, and yet our classic shapes in block colours are sleek, stunning and true to our ethos, which is to always make the woman wearing Paolita feel beautiful.
Paolita represents a timeless effervescent luxury, an escape from the routine, and a global language of dressing that stays true to the woman who wears it. Ultimately, our hope is that women who wear Paolita feel fulfilled and empowered because they own their beautiful escape, their colourful adventure and, most importantly, their story.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We're so happy to hear that you love Paolita :)
Gorgeous swimsuit, but the presentation doesn’t match the price
I was really looking forward to receiving my Paolita swimsuit, as it is a beautiful and relatively high-priced piece.
Unfortunately, my experience was a little disappointing. Firstly, the delivery took considerably longer than expected, which was frustrating, especially given the price point. Secondly, I was surprised by the packaging. For a luxury brand at this price range, I expected a more premium presentation. The packaging felt quite inexpensive, and the swimsuit did not come with a protective pouch/case, which I would have expected for both storage and protection of such a delicate and expensive item.
The swimsuit itself is beautiful, but I feel that the overall purchasing experience and presentation should better reflect the quality and price of the brand.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I genuinely believe that improving these details would make the experience feel much more luxurious and consistent with the Paolita brand.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
As a small, independent business, we are continuously striving to ensure our clients have the best possible experience, and feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us refine every detail.
Following Brexit, managing stock across our UK and EU fulfillment centers can occasionally lead to unexpected transit delays when items cross borders. While these shipping timelines are often outside our direct control, we completely understand how frustrating the delay was, especially when eagerly awaiting your order.
Regarding the packaging, we are truly sorry that the presentation fell short of your expectations. Our pieces are meant to arrive feeling special from the moment you open the box. I am addressing this directly with our fulfillment team to review how your order was packed and to ensure our strict presentation standards are consistently met. We are also actively working on introducing protective pouches for our pieces to elevate the post-purchase experience.
We are so glad to hear that you love the swimsuit itself, our team puts immense care and craftsmanship into every design, and it means a lot to know the piece met your expectations.
Thank you again for helping us grow and improve. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if we can assist you with anything further.

A disappointing purchase
It was a disappointing purchase. The online photo of the dress showed the pattern matching on either side of the dress. What I received was not that elegantly made. I did complain and they explained that each item is made by a team and not a machine. They also offered me a discount. However, I have not purchased a number of other items since this experience as I cannot have faith that it will look like the catalogue picture. The fabric quality and cut were both good, so it’s such a shame.
