The customer service was very poor, the delivery was late, and I didn't receive a receipt after making a payment. I had to invest a significant amount of time sending emails and WhatsApp messages to obtain it. It has been over two weeks now, and I still have not received either my order or a refund.

I orders a bunch a shoes, which later on i found similar on chinese websites with almost half the price, its been 20 days they said its gonna take 10 to deliver but no, they refused to give any tracking number and barely reply

Very bad customer support, delivery time is the worstttttttttttttttttttt, its taking a decade for them to deliver an order, customer support are so fvcked up they use copy paste and chat gpt, NEVER ORDER FROM THEMMMMMM, i dont even know how they are verified on whatsapp and instagram

Terrible experience with Papparazo. I’ve been trying to exchange my shoes for a different size — something they promised would take just a few business days. It’s been almost a month now and I’m still waiting, with no update and no replacement. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable — they barely respond on WhatsApp and show no sense of responsibility or urgency. This will be my last time dealing with them.

They never sent the shoes. It's a company in China. Total scam.

Very bad quality

You guys took way longer than promised by your company. then you guys used 3rd party company to ship and they never came or notified when they will deliver then they sent it back to you. I tried to communicate with your company to address the matter and re send my package but you guys had the worst the worsttttt customer services on this planet. and then charged me additional money to resent. the shoe itself is very bulky.

Bad service , WhatsApp person response lat and very harsh , lat delivery, quality of items normal nothing special, not fit for people asking comfortable

The quality of product is not what is promoted, it's not comfortable and material is cheap finally customer service is impossible to reach out to.

This is a scam and completely unprofessional. They failed to provide a tracking number for over 10 days, and the order still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is poor, with delayed responses and repeated copy-paste replies regarding the shipment date, without offering any clear or serious update

Till now I did not get the shipment or even the shipment number !!!!!!

Worst customer service ive ever had , literally the worst , i asked for an exchange cz its not true to size , they said ok , 6 months passed after contacting them almost once a week , i threw the shoes and they never contacted me back , ZEROOOO

Very disappointed with this experience. After 10 days, I still haven’t received my shoes and no one is responding to my emails. I had ordered them specifically for an upcoming trip and now it’s too late. The lack of customer support and communication is extremely unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from them again.

One of the worst online stores and worst products. If you haven't bought yet, I advise you to look for other sites.

A complete scam. Avoid at all costs for your own sake. First of all, there is nothing Italian about the shoes as they advertise. The shoes are from China. Second I recieved the shoes after more than 2 weeks, contrary to what they advertise on the website. When I raised this issue, they simply responded "all orders are late". What kind of response and justification is that. The customer service experience is the worst. I raised the issue of the shoes being from China and not Italian or even genuine leather, they completely ignored me and didn't respond. Try to look for information about the company or where it is based, you will not find anything. A complete scam and not worth it all.
