They took my money and stopped responding and there is no track number or shipment its all scaaam

I ordered my order in November 2024 and till now I haven't received my order every time I contact their customer service they tell me 4 days nothing has changed and it has happened more than 5 times. It is a spam company and don't send orders or refund money

They will never dilver your shoes.

Papparazi Shoes is a scam and fraudulent. They claim that the product will be delivered via FedEx within 6 or even 7 days, but it's all lies and deception. They have no idea when the product will actually arrive, as it depends on availability, even if you order directly from their website. There is also no tracking number provided. I do not recommend dealing with them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Papparazo. I placed an order (Order No. N5011782) a month ago, and after numerous follow-ups through Instagram, WhatsApp (both my son’s and I), and persistent inquiries, the order has still not been delivered to either Lebanon or Dubai.

Every time I reach out, I am told that they are “checking with the manager,” but there has been no progress or resolution. I have requested either the immediate delivery of my shoes or a full refund, but neither has been provided.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action and escalate the matter.

I would not recommend Papparazo to anyone based on my frustrating experience.

On the website it says shipping within 6 or 7 days, and now 14 days, and I have not received my order yet

It was a very bad experience.
My shipment was delivered late, some items were missing, and other items were delivered damaged.
When contacted them to change or refund they said you will get charged around 30 USD. Which is not fair .
I will never ever repeat purchasing from them at all.

He told me that 4/6 days ago I would see if it would arrive, but now I have been waiting for more than 14 days and I have a lot of work and I am waiting for the purpose, so I hope you will look into my topic.

Its been 3 week still not received the item and the costumer keep saying 2 days

Very bad and poor quality not comfortable at all, I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them, I requested for a refund but the only option they have is store credit basically my money was just wasted with this company.

My order now more than 20 days and still not received every days I contact they said after 2 days but they are laying
