Saving the hobby!
This is the only shop I've managed to get some pokemon cards from! They do their all to cater to fans and not scalpers, such as offering codes. I'm so thankful to them, I'm autistic and collecting pokemon cards means a lot to me, it's my happiness. But due to the way people are abusing the system, it's been impossible to continue. I don't know what I'd do without Parabox Games

Very Very Good Industry-Protecting Gaming Store
This seller sells good with speed post and very secure packaging, a very good model of how gaming store should be.
In addition, they sell Pokemon cards in a way that protects the stock from scalpers by setting up exclusive discount code to real Pokemon collectors, punishing scalpers with high selling prices. Very smart move!!
Highly recommending this good store!!! Trading card society needs more stores like you!!

Recommended
It is good that this shop has stock however the recent drops have been near impossible and I am inclined to think people use bots software to buy! Stock goes OOS within 1-2 seconds. However, when I did manage to buy, price was reasonable, postage was fair, and packaging was very good, protecting the items carefully to avoid damage.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate your honesty and continued support. 💛 We completely understand how frustrating it can be when high-demand releases sell out quickly, and we want to reassure you that we work extremely hard behind the scenes to keep things as fair as possible for genuine collectors.
To help protect our community from bots and scalpers, we’ve put a number of measures in place:
1. Priority access for real collectors – New Pokémon releases are made available to select audiences first. We prioritise our most loyal customers (VIPs), and for everyone else, we look at relevant criteria such as previous purchase history — not the amount spent. This ensures fairness for everyone, whether they’ve managed to buy a single booster pack or larger orders in the past.
2. Anti-bot public pricing – When a new product goes live on our public website, we temporarily list it £1,000 above MSRP. This stops bots and scalpers from instantly clearing stock before real collectors have a chance.
3. Strict purchase limits – We cap the number of items each customer can buy so that as many collectors as possible have a fair shot at securing something.
4. Exclusive, single-use discount codes – Customers selected for early access receive a unique code linked to their account. This code can only be used once and reduces the temporarily inflated price back down to MSRP by applying £1,000 off. Because the code only works for the intended recipient, it stops scalpers sharing or selling codes.
5. Zero-tolerance for unfair behaviour – Any activity that gives a customer an unfair advantage (such as using multiple email accounts) results in the order being cancelled.
6. Protecting our values long-term – Customers who act against the spirit of fairness are excluded from future releases. This protects the experience for genuine collectors who rely on us.
7. Lower stock across the whole industry – All retailers are receiving far smaller allocations than this time last year. Even the largest stores have queues forming before opening, with customers still walking away disappointed. To give more people a chance, we limit quantities per person on new releases.
We completely understand that disappointment can happen — especially when stock sells out in seconds — but this isn’t due to bots getting through. It’s simply the reality of high demand and limited supply, with lots of passionate collectors acting fast.
While we can’t guarantee everyone will secure every product on every release, please know that we are constantly improving and removing as many threats as possible. Our mission will always be to get products into the hands of genuine players and collectors — the people we value most.
