Paradise brunch Avis 

We had a great time at the Kisstory brunch in Bexleyheath! Staff/organisers were really attentive & polite. You didn’t even have to get up as they were already at the table asking if you needed anything. I can’t remember how many pitchers we had think it was about 6/7? The music was good, the atmosphere and people there were really nice. Couldn’t fault it at all.

Yesterdays brunch was great.Despite the weather I had a brilliant time.The staff were lovely,clean surroundings and Ricky the host bent over backwards to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the afternoon.Wicked Dj and bbq was lovely Thankyou

KISSTORY Event, well after attending theses for a few years now from the start paradise brunch did not disappoint yesterday. Roll on the next one and one after that.

Booked for a large group of friends and was really excited about the afternoon.

Drinks didn’t start coming out until 3:10, they weren’t the drinks advertised there was no candy floss gin, no pornstars. Food was strange, cold nachos with grated cheese, mains were lovely, disappointing that when food came out we were always one short.

Raised our concerns various times on the day with staff and the manager asked for the pornstar multiple times but just kept being given a drink full of pineapple juice, when queries the drinks or asked for refills was just ignored, staff were rude. Stopped serving drinks at 4:25 and we had to go to the bar again to complain.

Complained to the Event organizers Paradise brunch directly on Sunday after the event, for them to apologise and advise they would be looking to arrange a full refund.

3 days later checked how it was going to then be met by rude messages from the team saying go check their terms and conditions, it’s nothing to do with them if the drinks served weren’t what was advertised, despite THEM being the organizers! And then told BTW PORNSTARS ARE MADE WITH PINEAPPLE!

Was then told to contact the restaurant myself if I’m unhappy with the drinks not being what they advertised as it’s now nothing to do with them.

Needless to say we will not be a returning customer. When you book something through a company you expect them to help you with the issues, not tell you it’s nothing to do with them and go sort it yourself. Disappointed massively!

Following your reply as you have screenshots of all my messages, please read your message of 28th July at 7:40 advising “please allow me some time to receive a reply as I have requested they fully refund you!” When I chased this I was told to do it myself.

Oh and in your reply you also stated this isn’t the first complaint and you’ve changed venues due to the awful reviews you’ve had! Funny how you’re not trying to be rude on here telling me that the drinks you stated were to be offered, that werent, are ok. Yes we had 90 minutes of rubbish drinks as we had to argue for them! As advised they started late and stopped serving early, plus when asking for a drink we were ignored multiple times! Hope you looked at the cctv to verify how quickly we left given how awful it was! Or would you like me to prove that with my Uber bookings!

Recently went to a bottomless brunch with Paradise Brunch, we had a brilliant day and the drinks didn’t stop coming and great entertainment definitely be back

Cancelled brunch never refunded money. Not sure why I have date experience march 2023 it was august 2022.

Group of four and we had a great time. Food was promt and they catered the drinks to our groups needs. Great throwback to our 20s which is what we hoped for!

Took my mum to an ABBA boozy brunch for her birthday. It was held at Elegance Lounge. The staff were brilliant especially Holly! So friendly, also Millie was a star.

The atmosphere was great, glad we went. Only didn’t give 5 stars because we were sat on the high tables in the far corner which made us feel excluded.

Loved everything, great atmosphere, great music, had the best time!!
The only little criticism I would say is the tables and stools could be abit nicer

Amazing cocktails, lovely food. Really friendly and helpful staff. Music was great! Highly recommend. Will be back for sure!

We went to the Elegance lounge for brunch for a bday celebration. We had a lovely time atmosphere was great music was great.
Only thing I would say is the food isn’t that great, it’s like children’s party food, but still we didn’t really go out to eat

Had an amazing time Saturday we was seated promptly on arrival and first drinks given as soon as we sat down. The food was really good and tasty and drinks where kept filled up a great selection of drinks to keep us ladies going and a great boogy in-between. We will for sure be back can’t keep us away. Thanks guys

Went to the dirty dancing brunch with a few of my girl friends, we had the best night we were never without a drink and the staff were all very friendly for £35pp we were impressed and will definitely go back again 💃🏼

Had the best day at the dirty dancing brunch ! DJ was amazing food great and the drinks were flowing . Can’t wait to return

False advertising was Asti not Prosecco plastic glasses until you brought Prosecco at £29.50 per bottle which they also run out of really early. Food was brought down the road from other venue got wet and half table brought 40 minutes before other half (there were only 5 of us)!

Best night I have had in ages music food and staff all great will defo be booking another one

Great fun but plastic tables and uncomfortable stools! Cheap ketchup and a little disorganised at times. I would suggest staff taking care of separate areas. Saying that we all had a great afternoon
