Really impressed with the service received from paradox. I was looking for navy wide fit shoes for a wedding. Several pairs of shoes were purchased; I chose one and send the rest back. Refund was virtually instant. Thank you!

I find this a reliable company
I find this a reliable company. Ordering is easy and delivery is very quick. Unfortunately the sandals I ordered this time were too wide so I had to return them. This was easy to do with a label included in the parcel and the refund happened after a couple of days. So all good!!

Paradox London bring a touch of class to affordable products!
Ordering from Paradox London was simple, delivery was swift, the shoes and handbags are classy and the packaging stylish. I ordered more than one size/style and the returns process was equally simple. There was just one request in trying them at home, the sole of the shoe must remain clean and unmarked. An absolutely fair request. The company take great care to send out immaculate products and I will definitely shop with them again in the future.

Have such difficulty buying shoes that…
Have such difficulty buying shoes that fit because of horrible bunions so ordered these not knowing if they would actually fit me. Shoes sent the same day I ordered but Royal Mail sent them north instead of south. I called the company and they checked the tracking and could see the problem . They sent out another pair that day on 24 hour tracked and I received them the next day. Shoes a perfect fit and I wore them for 8 hours at a wedding. Great company and would definitely order again as service and shoes are great.

Worst customer experience from paradox london pk. Have sent dirty used shoes on ordering online. Have been calling their number but no solution provided.

Terrible, the strapping is visible on the bottom of the soles, you can feel the DISCOMFORT. I tried them on and they marked so I'm unable to get a refund, The circus is posting them back to me. I'd say it's designed to mark, the strapping under the shoes makes a print when pressed down, by the weight of when you stand up!
Unless you weigh as little as a feather 🪶 😏
I'd be too afraid to wear them, as I'd fear the shoe would fall apart, if you pull the material the footing would tear away from the sole, must be UVA GLUE!! a COMPLETE WASTE OF £65 I'm annoyed to say I bought 2 pairs in different colours thinking it was trusted as it has Debenhams on the website 😆 such a dope I am, NEVER BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS 🤠
