Paradox London Avis 

Terrible, the strapping is visible on the bottom of the soles, you can feel the DISCOMFORT. I tried them on and they marked so I'm unable to get a refund, The circus is posting them back to me. I'd say it's designed to mark, the strapping under the shoes makes a print when pressed down, by the weight of when you stand up!
Unless you weigh as little as a feather 🪶 😏
I'd be too afraid to wear them, as I'd fear the shoe would fall apart, if you pull the material the footing would tear away from the sole, must be UVA GLUE!! a COMPLETE WASTE OF £65 I'm annoyed to say I bought 2 pairs in different colours thinking it was trusted as it has Debenhams on the website 😆 such a dope I am, NEVER BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS 🤠

Worst shopping experience ever!

I bought a pair of pumps from Paradox London, but they didn’t fit, so I contacted customer service for an exchange. After days of frustration, I was told I had to ship the item from Lahore to Karachi. Despite multiple confirmations that my replacement size would be held, I was later told it was out of stock. I was offered a used, damaged sample or another item—but I’d have to pay extra for their mistake.

After 21 days of wasted time, I was denied a proper solution or refund, despite having full proof of all interactions. Paradox London has the worst customer service and their business practices are dishonest. I’ll never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Had an issue with the handle on my Damelza handbag at the Wedding on Saturday. Called just spoke with Sophie, thank you Sophie, replacement on it way

After previously purchasing lovely wedding shoes from paradox purchased again with a bag. When out of my control I needed to change the colour of both Paradox did me a straight colour swap within 5 days of returning them. New colour is lovely. They could easily have refused after I had the items for a few months waiting for the wedding. They have gone above and beyond and I am extremely grateful to all concerned. Would definitely recommend Paradox.

I find it difficult to find nice comfortable occassion shoes and was glad to discover Paradox. I ordered two pairs of sandals with matching bags. I selected the items I wanted and returned the others. The whole experience of ordering, returning and receiving my refund was smooth and problem free. I would definitely use Paradox again.

I brought some blue Sparkle shoes for my sons wedding so comfortable given that I can never buy pretty shoes I have wide feet and one foot bigger than another beautiful shoes great quality I will be buying more.

A very well know brand paradox London has highly disappointed me with its quality and customer service. Heel broke after wearing Twice on regular titled flooring, there was no heel tip and instead it was a metal screw inserted in it. I took it to the outlet , sales person was rude and not accommodating at all, he was not ready to believe that it broke after wearing twice and making assumptions if it was wore on rocks, grass etc
The shoes are extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money. Please Do Not waste your money on such brands who do not respect their customers and provide them poor customer service

Beautiful comfortable shoes, wide fit perfect for me, super fast delivery, can not fault this company.

Company sent out damaged shoes, but customer service have said its ok because the sheos were in the sale. Do not buy poor quality, poor customer service, family run business that needs to sort itself out. Avoid! Funny really because If you return damaged items/bos they keep the item and your money, lose lose.

Bought a bag from here…Feels like cardboard covered in glitter! Really poor quality. Sent back and had email saying they won’t accept as been used! Did not receive bag back as promised. Either way it was £35 totally wasted

As shoes were in sale had cost literally under £40 and no matching bag to go with them, I had to pay postage cost. They arrived are way too narrow for size 7 for my bridesmaid to wear so had to return for refund in which they deducted £2.50 postage! Lovely shoes but way to narrow as no size 7 foot could scientifically be that narrow. I’ve size 8 wide for wedding and they’re massive, your sizing is mental! If John Lewis’s actually had them in their shop I could’ve tried them on but it seems everything is online so expect crazy sizing!
