Easy process, minor annoyances
Considering I paid a large loan off in nine months, I was hoping for a higher offer than I was given. I also had to get in touch to have them change how my payments were made since the options weren't available during the loan process.
The process was smooth, easy and the funds arrived next day. The reasons above are why I gave a 4 instead of 5.
