From the moment I arrived at the clinic I felt at ease. Friendly reception and nursing staff, took the nerves away. I was treated professionally and with respect and care at all times

The service by everyone concerned was excellent. I was made to feel very comfortable about the whole procedure and would not hesitate to recommend The Paragon Clinic. The only minus was that I never received the promised follow up call.

The Paragon clinic service and treatment was excellent. The staff are all very professional, reassuring and yet friendly. I have had YAG treatment twice, following lens replacement surgery by an international company, I won't recommend.
With Paragon I felt my eyesight and well being was their top priority. Their paperwork was minimal, and there wasn't 20 odd pages of disclaimers to sign your life away on (as I previously experienced). The treatment cost was fairly priced, and I'm very happy with my eyesight. Thank you all.

I had lense replacement in both eyes. I found the clinic to be fantastic. The staff were amazing. They made sure I understood everything and reassured me along the way. I will never forget being able to read a sign on the wall as I left having had the first eye lense replacement. The follow up call the next day and the knowledge that I could call anytime if needed was so reassuring. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

The staff are so wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Everything is explained excellently and great care is taken before, during and after surgery.
I had lower eye bags removed by Dr Yadav, it’s early days yet but I would definitely recommend Mr Yada.

Superb service for my husband’s cataracts all the way through from the initial consultation to aftercare. All his questions were answered in full, follow up calls even on a Sunday to check he was ok, and very kind and reassuring care during the cataract operation. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly recommend De Jenyon. Gave great advice when I went in for a consultation about Lens replacement, and told me to go and try some contact lenses first to see if I could easily adapt to one contact lens for near sight and my own good distance sight in the other eye before committing to surgery. I am waiting to start that trial now, and really appreciate the great advice I got.

Professional eye care specialists explaining everything from the start of surgery to aftercare. The staff are warm and friendly, making sure you’re comfortable throughout your procedure. I recommend Mr Yadav for anyone considering eye lid surgery, he’s very thorough and the results are excellent.

I have recently had cataract surgery at this clinic and can wholeheartedly recommend the service I received. The model of care is very reassuring, with consultants and highly skilled specialist nurses working together to deliver seamless care, including telephone availability outside clinic hours to help with any concerns one might have.

Being copied in on any correspondence sent to health professionals is also helpful, along with automated appointment reminders.

The clinic is easily accessible and the receptionist completes the team with her professional and friendly manner.
