Great if you're not in a rush
Ordered a Chusan palm in their sale. I'm totally happy with the plant and delivery, already looking happy in its spot. I'm not quite sure why delivery takes so long but fortunately I wasn't in a hurry - so if I wasn't in a hurry again, I'd be happy to order from Paramount again.

Easy ordering but payment well in advance of delivery disappointing
Ordering was easy but disappointing that the large sum of paying for the plant and delivery was taken immediately but delivery eighteen days later. Paying once the plant was ready for despatch would have been more customer friendly.
The plant itself was well packed and as described.

Just to answer your concerns payment is taken in the normal course of business when an order is placed online through www.paramountplants.co.uk to secure the plant.
We offer a range of payment options at checkout including credit/debit card, PayPal and Klarna, with eligible customers also able to spread or defer payments subject to the payment provider’s terms.
As a specialist online nursery, many of our plants are sourced from our growing sites and are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering. In this instance, you requested in the notes on your order that delivery be made before mid-September, and your plant was delivered on 18th September, within our published approx delivery timescale and sent to you as soon as it became available.

Good healthy plants
I was pleased with the condition of the plants considering the long summer of drought, They were healthy, well packed on a pallet and properly labelled. My only criticism is that one was extremely potbound and clearly happy to get into some soil - however parched!

A good experience so far
Ordering process was straightforward. Tree was delivered on stated day, albeit earlier than expected. Followed online instruction video from Paramount Plants to plant out. A query regarding the tree was promptly answered by their customer services. So now I will be nurturing my tree and hope it gets through winter and has some lovely flowers in the spring.

Beautiful bamboo
We order some large bamboo’s. They came well packaged and well cared for. Great service thorough out, kept us informed all the way. from ordering our plants to receiving them. Information was given about what was needed for our plants and aftercare once plants were delivered.

3 plants
I am pleased overall. However, lead times are not as advertised and one of the quite expensive plants was not in a condition that I would expect.
All 3 plants delivered were very dry, which I guess is why the smaller plant suffered.
My tip therefore, is buy plants from Paramount that are larger, but these are more expensive!

Pre- ordered Cornus Kousa Shmetterling
I pre-ordered a plant in July and was kept informed about its progress. Due to arrive the end of September. It arrived in excellent condition, just perfect timing for planting out before autumn. The delivery driver was careful with the plant which arrived safely strapped to a small pallet.
