Paramount Plants Avis 

I am pleased overall. However, lead times are not as advertised and one of the quite expensive plants was not in a condition that I would expect.

All 3 plants delivered were very dry, which I guess is why the smaller plant suffered.

My tip therefore, is buy plants from Paramount that are larger, but these are more expensive!

Everything went as advertised and the plants came in excellent condition and are currently thriving. No complaints whatsoever. Price was also highly competitive. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I pre-ordered a plant in July and was kept informed about its progress. Due to arrive the end of September. It arrived in excellent condition, just perfect timing for planting out before autumn. The delivery driver was careful with the plant which arrived safely strapped to a small pallet.

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish.
Expert advice given on plant choice and after care.
Updates were timely and helpful.
The delivery men were fastidious and did a great job.
Would definitely recommend.

He was very helpful and we would highly recommend him if you want substantial trees.

Absolutely appalling service from Paramount Plants.

They delivered the WRONG plants to my property. I contacted them immediately and was told that the incorrect plants would be collected and that the replacement Magnolias were expected from their growing location on Friday 4 September.

It is now 14 September and NOTHING has happened.

No collection.
No replacement plants.
No delivery date.
No meaningful update.
No contact whatsoever unless I chase them.

Almost two weeks after being told the replacements were arriving, I am still stuck with the incorrect plants they delivered and have no idea when, or apparently if, the correct plants will arrive.

Mistakes happen. Delivering the wrong plants is one thing. What makes this a genuinely terrible customer experience is the complete lack of communication and failure to resolve their own mistake afterwards.

I have been patient and given them plenty of opportunity to sort this out. Instead, I have had to keep chasing a company to collect goods THEY delivered incorrectly and provide the plants I actually ordered.

Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Paramount Plants.

Customer service isn't demonstrated when an order goes perfectly. It's demonstrated by how a company deals with a problem. Unfortunately, my experience of Paramount Plants after something went wrong has been extremely poor.

I will update this review if and when they finally resolve the situation.

We ordered 3 Norway maple trees and 5 privet shrubs. The order was delivered in good time and in perfect condition.

The plants are fantastic and better than expected, we can't wait to see them established.

I have used Paramount plants several times now. All plants have been healthy, well packed and in good condition. Would recommend.

Lovely trees arrived only one day later but that was completely acceptable as they were traveling to Scotland so some distance. They were placed nicely in the garden no concerns with them
