Overall happy with the 2 red robin…
Overall happy with the 2 red robin trees.
Both healthy although 1 was significantly better. Around a ft and half tall, bushier and the stem thicker, so that was a bit disappointing.
The delivery just turn up without any notice. Was told in email it was coming the following week and would be advised of a day. Luckly someone was at home. No issue with an early delivery, just would have been nice to have been advised, particularly as they are large items. The selection of plants on site is amazing.

Very disappointed in the purchase
Very disappointed in the purchase. A 3m high willow sapling that had no care given to it prior to delivery. The pot was completely dried out suggesting no wter for days , leaves were yellowing and the tree was simply laid flat in the truck causing a number of the branches to have more leaves rubbed off. No attempt to secure it for transport. Poor communications as they ignored my delivery instruction on the order altogether.

Our trees were in excellent condition with well formed rootball and neatly tied to the frame. The delivery was on time and as scheduled. This is the third time we have had trees from this company.

Finding a tree
Finding an excellent selection of healthy trees in a perfect location (surrounded by other plant nurseries) was wonderful. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Choosing a tree was the hard part but having done so, the process of getting it home, was incredibly quick and easy. Lots of communication with brilliant advice & instructions. Within 2 weeks it was in my garden looking stunning!

Bought 7 screening plants,
They arrived but were juvenile and not as expected, The stems extremely thin and not as healthy as I thought, my gardener indicated that it would be 2 years more growing for them to be mature enough to leaf out and do the job that they need to do..

We were, however disappointed that you chose not to contact us directly before leaving your review as this is the first time we have been made aware of your concerns. We always welcome the opportunity to discuss any issues and where appropriate work with our customers to reach a satisfactory resolution.
The trees supplied were dispatched to the size specification ordered and as with all living plants their rate of growth and establishment will depend on planting conditions, aftercare and the time of year. Many screening plants naturally require a period of establishment before putting on significant new growth.
If you would be willing to contact us we would be more than happy to review your concerns. If you could send us a few photographs of the trees together one of our horticultural team will gladly assess them and provide advice or discuss any appropriate resolution.

Absolutely stunning plants
Absolutely stunning plants! They took a while to arrive but immediately brought life and colour to our garden. All arrived in excellent condition, clearly well looked after at the nursery, and true to size some were even bigger than we expected! Agapanthuses are absolutely gorgeous - in full bloom. We went for more mature plants and weren’t disappointed.

The Magnificent 7
I bought 7 full standard Hornbeam Trees 2.75-3.25m, 6-8cm girth which were delivered on Friday. The delivery came early in the day despite me being in S. Yorkshire and the delivery guy was lovely, even brought the trees round back for me.
Trees were planted the same day using stakes and Mycorrhizal Fungi Granules from Paramount.
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the trees and service by Paramount. They are healthy trees and much bigger than I thought which is great because my garden is very overlooked. I chose Hornbeams as they do well with clay soil, wind, are deciduous, and beautiful of course!
Looking forward to caring for these beauties and hope they continue to do well.
Would definitely recommend Paramount and use them again. I researched a lot of different companies and they were by far the most competitive with their pricing.
