Purchased 3 pleached trees, they arrived promptly and in good condition. Alas one tree considerably dropped back. Paramount Plants kept in touch via email with help and advice. The tree unfortunately did not recover then I received notice a replacement tree was being delivered in a few days free of charge. Cannot thank them enough especially Peter.

The plants arrived in the time scale I asked for and in good condition and also there was good information about planting and care.

Good easy to follow website, very good information on plant care and planting tips. Delivery information excellent. Delivery driver very helpful, I explained I had recent surgery and he insisted on carrying trees to the planting area. First class.

I purchased my Tamarix Ramosissima Pink Cascade last September but have waited to leave my review until its flowering period arrived.

I could not be more delighted. A few weeks ago the Tamarix sent out numerous large, pink, feathery fronds of tiny flowers. These are fading to white now, but that is probably due to this horrible heat and lack of rain.

I was kept up to date with the delivery process throughout. I can thoroughly recommend Paramount Plants. Thank you!

We bought 6 pleached cherry laurels, 3.0m tall, to provide screening. The plants were delivered in perfect condition and were larger as well as having a fuller leaf structure than we had expected. From purchase to delivery Paramount Plants were brilliant. Communication throughout was excellent, questions were answered quickly and service was helpful and professional. The team were very helpful when we had to amend/increase the initial order and our specific requirements were met perfectly. We were also kept informed of delivery dates at al times. We can’t recommend Paramount Plants highly enough - the plants are excellent and look to be thriving following the planting and aftercare instructions provided.

I would have given a 5 since the overall experience was very good indeed. I have only reduced to a 4 since the plant I received originally wasn’t acceptable.

However, the plant was returned and replaced with a super specimen extremely quickly. So I would definitely use again and recommend.

We are delighted with our Portuguese laurel pleached trees. There were a couple of issues initially, but were quickly resolved by Peter in the customer care team. He took personal responsibility, extremely prompt and was very kind in his response. We look forward to purchasing many more plants from Paramount Plants in future!

The Paramount catalogue is very comprehensive and I found my plant was in it after encountering difficulty searching elsewhere.
The ordering process via the website was simple and straightforward.
The subsequent communications regarding receipt of the order, the preparation of the order and plant delivery were first class.
I would say that the courier chosen for delivery was experienced in handling plants because the plant arrived very well packaged and in great condition.
